This belt is outstanding. It is made of a robust material that I believe will last. The belt covers more of the Ab area than previous belts I have owned. I highly recommend it!

Keep your receipt, first. It may fit, but if tight, that velcro won't stay closed. Works? Yes, you will sweat, but depending upon activities, can be a bit binding.

I was pretty excited to try this out and see how much it would actually help me out during my interval training. I feel like it’s worth the buy because it makes me feel like I went all in during my workouts and the sweat is pretty satisfying! I can see this item lasting with me as my body changes in size as well.

I would like to give more star but i stated to have wash all over my stomach back and side with this i dont like it of course its started when i passed my return point
