And the notification is delayed across all speakers. It's not a perfect solution, so we just wait to get notifications on our phone.

- If you have a lot of open apps on your phone, they can slow down its overall performance. Try closing some apps, including the Home app, and then re-open it.
- If that doesn’t work, you can try restarting your phone or device.
- Check your network as your doorbell announcement/notifications can also be delayed by a slow network connection.
- Other devices in your home may be using a lot of bandwidth. You can temporarily stop a device’s bandwidth use manually by quitting an app or program, disconnecting it from Wi-Fi or ethernet, or by turning it off.
- The announcement/notifications can be delayed if your camera, phone, tablet or computer is connected to a Wi-Fi extender, which adds extra relay time to any device that’s using it. In this case, connect your camera directly to your Wi-Fi router to help reduce the delay.

Although now has a sun spot in the middle of the picture after being setup for about 2 months. All my google cameras I bought new have not developed the same spot and they have been setup a year longer than this doorbell.

I'm glad that I stopped using the Eufy doorbell I got. It always ran out of battery too fast because it couldn't recognize anything accurately. Google doorbell was so easy to install and set up and everything I have is already Googlized so I don't know why I didn't get it sooner. Technically, Nest Aware is needed to get all the fancy tools and benefits but for $40 refurbished? I figured the first year of Nest Aware pretty much pays for itself. One thing that isn't ideal (but I can live with it) is that it gets really really cold where I live so it won't operate in -4 F° but most decent doorbell cameras operating on battery can't anyways.

It integrates with the Google Smart Home system so you can see every time someone rings the doorbell. I got the refurbished one for a great price and I would recommend.

Works Well, Not Apartment Friendly

Packaging was a new with everything present. You couldn't tell it wasn't new except a smudge on the gasket seal but that may have been from manufacturing. It's literally new, flawless, and working fine so far. The only ding i can offer is that the speaker volume is questionably low. Otherwise I'm very pleased to add this to our increasingly smart home!

- Check for possible congestion in your Wi-Fi network. Removing some of your connected devices can help free up some bandwidth space. You may then check to see if you will still experience the same connectivity issue.
