If you own a pixel these are almost mandatory. They are missing a few features and I am sure the new ones will have them but, these are solid and comfortable.

Not very happy with them. First off they only came with the large ear tips and I need medium size. Had to order the right one. Second they don't sound that good and aren't loud. And last the battery dies pretty fast.

Refurbished Buds Geek Squad Testing Failed

When I received the buds, they right earbud made a buzzing/hissing sound in the right earbud. I was able to return the earbuds, but now they are out of stock and I can't try again with another set of refurbished Pixel Buds. The product description for these states that "Geek Squad Certified Refurbished products are thoroughly, painstakingly and lovingly tested, so you can be sure that your device will work right, right away." That clearly didn't happen, because if these had been tested, it would have been clear that the right earbud was defective. It seems as though this refurbished product wasn't tested at all, which is a basic failure. I also reached out to Best Buy customer support to see if there was something they would do to make this right, but all they would do was process the return.

They work and sound great, they fit in the ear well and stay put, there is no bleeding out of the sound that others don't wish to hear.

Love my pixel buds. When I switched over to android I wanted to switch to a platform. When google got a pixel 4a and buds. The buds easily replaced my airpods. When I watched reviews everyone kepts saying they loved them but the sound needed more bass. Well when I got mine the app updated and now there is a bass boost. Wich makes them hit so good. I recommend to everyone not to mention google assistant in your ear.

The Buds are awesome, connected to my Pixel 4 XL phone easily. The only problem, the medium ear pieces are missing. I'll have to return them. Hopefully, the inspection process will catch any missing items. I'm disappointed by the Geek Squad.

Buds have a terrible connection since day 1. Google has been promising software fixes, but nothing is working. Buds cut in/out if phone in pocket. Sound intermittently cuts out constantly. Buds will power down even though they have a full charge. I've done everything to fix it. Factory resets, wiping bluetooth settings, cleaning all surfaces. Nothing works. This is straight up a bad product and Google should be embarrassed that they released it in this condition.

Hi gyuwise, thanks for letting us know of your experience with using the Pixel Buds, and we’re sorry to learn that you’re not getting great sound quality.

In case you're using your Pixel Buds in a noisy environment, you may want to check out Adaptive Sound feature which subtly and automatically optimizes volume based on the noise level of your environment. To enable Adaptive Sound, simply follow these steps:
      - On a Pixel phone with Android 10+: Go to Settings > and then Connected devices > and then Pixel Bud's settings.
      - Other Androids: Open your Google Pixel Buds app.
      - Tap Sound and then Adaptive Sound.
      - Toggle Adaptive Sound.

We also recommend trying out all 3 ear tip sizes to find the most comfortable tip for you, and ensure that you get the best ear tip seal. A good seal will definitely impact the sound quality, and will increase the bass sound levels that you hear. You can also check out how to properly adjust your Pixel Buds to best fit your ear at our help center article: https://support.google.com/googlepixelbuds/answer/7573099

Very good refurbished product. It was reset to default settings when returned and also it looks clean. The only issue I would say that, I was given 2 pair of Ear Tips and I think they have 3 sizes. The size that is missing is my size. But it works amazing so far. No complains!
