    The product DID NOT WORK - So I had to go directly to the manufacture to take care of the issue. At the very least - you the item should be verified that it is working. The product DID NOT WORK - right out of the box, leaving me to call Google Tech Support, who couldn't get the product to work and had me return the item to them.

    Great refurbished buy! I wanted the older version of these where you can tap for volume etc and the newer didn't seem to this. Besides I wanted this seafoam color as well as the oh so orange which I can't find anywhere to go along with a white pair I have. I bought the new version and gave them to my son.

    Left ear would not play any sound. No way the kids at Geek squad can certify these... micro-technology packed into an small earbud. It either works or it doesn't off the assembly line. I feel it is disingenuous that Best Buy claims the rehabilitate these items prior to declaring them certified. What a bummer.

    Neither earbud will connect out of the case. They are broken. I've been in IT for over a decade, so I can troubleshoot, and nothing I do fixes these. Junk. Geek squad certified means nothing. Huge waste of time waiting for these to finally show up, and they don't work. Avoid geek squad refurbished.

    Broken, not refurbished.

    "Refurbished" but only 1 earbud works. Tried everything. Sent it back for a replacement and the replacement also has only 1 working earbud. They're not refurbished, they're broken and hoping you're the sucker that won't bother to return them.

    Received Junk When Advertised As Geek Squad Certif

    Purchased as a "Geek Certified Refurbished," but it came broken. Completely disappointed that after certifying it as working, it came as junk. Further frustrating is that I'm unable to exchange this and could only get a refund.

    Just got these today and no tips at all. None in the box and even the buds themselves don't have any on them. Is it that hard to check for that before reselling? It's not like there is a lot to them. Case, buds, tips, and manual!

    Refurbishing did help much because they kept pausing randomly so I had to send them back. No one offered me a new refurbished replacement and they raised the price for some reason before I could return them...

    Took a chance despite all the negative reviews. Left bud would not play audio, from what I've read sounds like a common issue. Will be returning these. I would not recommend buying these refurbished

    Highly disappointed with the way the product arrived. It was covered in ear wax, hair, and the condition of the charging case was abysmal with the way it smelled.
