Bought these new....
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought these new just under a year ago. They WERE one of the best headphones I've had to date. That's until the right bud wouldn't play audio/function. Despite showing it was connected to my phone. I've tried every troubleshooting guideline to fix it but nothing worked. I typically only use one bud at a time at work to listen to music and make calls. I alternate when one needs to be charged (every several hours typically). Also the battery is only lasting maybe 2/2.5 hours now at a time now after about a year. Without "bass boost" or other add-ons. Google support did send me a form to email back so I can send my pods in for a potential replacement. Ill do it but I'll likely go back to Skullcandy. Even with a replacement pair. I expected better from a tech company like Google.

Posted .Hi Yarigabrow, we're glad that you chose Pixel Buds A-Series and we appreciate your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your right bud stopped working and that the battery life didn't meet your expectations.
If you're willing to try, resetting A-Series may be helpful with the issue. Keep in mind that resetting the Pixel Buds and case will reset all their settings. This includes the name of the device and preferences for enabling/disabling features. To reset, simply follow the steps below:
- Plug the charging case into a power source using the included USB-A to USB-C cable.
- Ensure the Pixel Buds are seated within the charging case and leave the charging case open.
- Press and hold the pairing button on the back of the case for 30 seconds.
- When the earbuds status light stops bouncing, let go of the pairing button.
- The earbuds status light will blink white and orange until the reset is complete, and then start bouncing white. Your Google Pixel Buds will be reset and should be ready to pair immediately.
Your A-Series has up to 5 hours of playback or up to 2.5 hours of talk time. With the case, you’ll get 24 hours of playback or up to 12 hours of talk time. A 15-minute charge will deliver up to 3 hours of playback or up to 1.5 hours of talk time. If the battery life is much shorter than the prescribed duration, we recommend contacting our support team for further help and troubleshooting. Poor lifespan product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked for a couple years and right headphone won't connect after 3 years. I guess it's end of life but I feel like it could still work. Also battery case is draining while not in use as well.

Pixel Buds Pass
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Simple... Connectivity issues. The features and sound are great, but it doesn't matter when they drop sound. At any price do not buy these. You will regret it. Choose the new pro version or anything else. I have sub $20 pair ofJlab Go Air Pops that are way more dependable.

Dont buy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I do not recommend to spend 100$ on these buds even if they are brand new no my refurbished, I bought them for full price and still have them with so many issues intialy and still have some issues like buds keep connected to phone even when after putting them back in the case. Google won't fix it, tried multiple times resetting them, google won't take them back. One of the worst tech products I used ever.

Infuriating
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Given to me early as a Christmas gift and won't pair with my Pixel 5. Spoke with Google and they advised that I would need to send them into them or return them to Best Buy. You'd think being Geek Squad Certified they would work. Typically have a great experience with Google products and Best Buy but, this one is really sour to me.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Right ear bud does not work. The quality assurance at geeksquad is a joke. Middle size ear foam is also missing. I would not recommend geek squad certified product.

Geek Squad Reputation
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased a refurbished pair of these buds. They are as advertised, more surprisingly, Geek Squad didn't mean much to me. But I'm very pleased with the condition I received them in.
