Great for the home! Video quality is great, field of view is great and sound quality is good. Make sure your current doorbell has adequate supply voltage before purchasing the wired version! If it doesn’t have the adequate supply voltage required to power the nest doorbell, you’ll most likely need an electrician. Highly recommend this doorbell!

I originally had the first generation of this doorbell which was quite nice, but didn't have the full range and sound quality I was looking for. The Generation 3 doorbell is far superior to what I had and has made monitoring my porch and front yard much easier.

I just switched to the Google Nest wired doorbell, and it’s a big upgrade from the old battery version I had. The image quality is way clearer—day and night—and the smaller design looks a lot cleaner by the door. It just feels like a solid improvement all around. Really glad I made the switch!

Third purchase this is a newer version My Daughter rents a townhome my husband installed it. It was quick and easy and worked as usual. We are very pleased with all three Google nest doorbell cameras.

[Employee of bestbuy] The 2k video quality is much nicer than previous versions. Also the more square aspect ratio gives me a wider angle which I needed for my use. Also love the Gemini text and ability yo ask questions about what happened!

Works great. The camera is so clear and the technology is great that comes with it. After 30 Days, you need to pay to keep the options ($100 for 12 months).

Replaced my old door bell, this one is so much better. Picks up people on the side walk in front of the house if you want. Great 4K camera, works better than expected, the resolution is awesome!

Great product! We bought this after having had a Ring doorbell. This Nest doorbell works great, has clear video and tells you a package is there and it tells you when the package is no longer there.

I’m very pleased with the purchase of my Google nest doorbell camera. The picture quality is excellent. I connected it about four weeks ago. It has not dropped Wi-Fi connection yet. Very happy with my purchase would buy again would recommend..

Bought this to replace my 1st gen nest doorbell. It uses the Google Home app now and it will take some time to get used to the new app. The video and sound quality is much better but the sun reflection seems worse.

Significant upgrade from the battery powered Nest Doorbell. Aside from the power supply, the wider field of view is great. It allows me to see the entire entryway, as well as areas around the sides to include the base of the door. The improved image quality is also nice.

This was a massive improvement over the first gen google doorbell. The resolution is much better and the sound quality is amazing. It will pick up entire conversations from people walking on the sidewalk. The gemini AI feature are also cool

Way better than I expected. I bought the Lorex 4k but didn't work out. I had problems right away. So I went on to the next best thing which am totally glad I did. Way better resolution than my old Ring camera. the only bad thing If I can complain is that it only gives me a 6 sec. clip before it cuts off. You have to pay google X amount for you to be able to see the whole video. but other than that it detects people motion vehicle (had to turn that one off) packages. yup I am glad I went with this doorbell here!

Great product! I installed this nest to replace the old model I had and it works great. The google home app lets me see when I get packages and the camera is very clear. Very happy with this purchase!

So I upgraded from the previous Google doorbell, this one does have a wider view which is better compared to the previous one, the only thing I've noticed is that the night vision on this model is not as great as the previous model.

[Employee of bestbuy] Purchased this to replace our old Gen 1 Nest Doorbell, picture quality has significantly improved! I was skeptical about the new design's asthetics, but it does look modern and sleek.

Unit itself was easy to install and add to the account. The only issue I have is the mechanical chime adapter. There are times it rings the chime and other times it doesn't. Other than that the camera is very clear and is a welcomed addition.

I just got it installed today. It’s replacing an Arlo video doorbell that has never been able to connect to my phone when I’m not on the same Wi-Fi I have not got a chance to test it out yet to see if it’s working outside my normal home Wi-Fi but the video quality in the field of view is amazing so far plus it matches the trim on my house and doesn’t look like another number to the address

This is a replacement of a Gen 1 Wired Google Nest Doorbell. The installation was easy as the 1st one. It performs just as well and it has an AI component that will summarize all the activities it has captured on a particular day. You can select what events you are notified of. From people to animals to package deliveries to any motion to cars driving by. The addition of familiar faces is easy and notifications include the person's name that you have associated with the face. Overall, I love it.
