Easy to install! Easy to use! Works perfectly with my google smart home! The great camera that comes with the security system is a bonus!

This is a great security system. Integrates with other Google devices and is easy to use. It is also quite stylish.

Simple set up, love the app makes everything easy to control. I do wish the door alerts would specify what door was open and would have liked a wall mountable keypad like most security systems. Also when talking via the camera I am unable to listen while trying to talk and due to the lag makes it difficult to converse through. Most of the time the first few words are cut off when someone talks through the camera.

We like this smart alarm and the ability to manage every component of it on our phones from anywhere in the world. The alarm is loud when triggered. The motion detector on the Guard unit and the motion detection on the door sensors pick up all movement if you mount them about 5'6 above ground level. Any higher though, and someone can scoot across the ground on their bellies without being detected. The key fobs work great too, but very occasionally they can require a little more time to disarm the alarm. Overall, this is a very intuitive system and you get what you pay for, which is lots.

Next alarm system with outdoor cameras Are wonderful. It definitely gives us a peace of mind when we are gone as well. I would highly recommend

Install was super easy. Self tapping screws were a pleasant surprise which made things go very quickly. My only complaint is about the system itself, it only announces which door is opened if you have the system armed versus just a chime when unarmed. I don't really want to have to deactivate my system to take the door in/out, but I'd really like to know which door my toddler is at and opening. Overall it does the trick, I'm hoping they keep upgrading the software.

The majority of the reason I chose Nest over the other popular DIY home security systems is because of the integration with your whole house (if you choose to do that). The app works great, the pieces were easy to install (minus the outdoor camera), and wasn’t terribly expensive for the starter kit. Additional pieces of you have a decent sized house will add up quickly, but overall the quality is good and for $20/mo you can be monitored by Brinks.

Was deciding between this and Simplisafe. Obviously went with Nest because of the better value and great reviews. Very expensive cameras but you get what you pay for. Eventually ended up going back and purchasing the upgraded IQ cameras. My only complaints is that the Nest Secure Alarm is not louder when a door is open/closed and that it only announces which door/window is open if the alarm is armed. Other then that, would highly recommend.

We already had a next cam but wanted to upgrade to one for the back door as well as a security system with motion detectors. We didn't want to sign up for one of the larger security systems as the prices weren't right for us and the process seemed excessive. This Nest system was easy, I installed it in an afternoon. Pairs well with their app and I like being able to view live cam footage from my phone anytime. Would recommend.

This was easy to install and works great. Happy knowing we have the peace of mind with added security.

Purchase this alarm system for my pool house that’s a separate structure from my house. The google system was easy to set up, video is crystal clear and the app links all of my nest systems together. Alarm is loud enough for me to hear in my house and notifications are sent to my phone when motion is detected or the door is open.

Works great. Good sensors and amazing quality camera I recommend to anyone starting a security system.

Recently installed the complete suite and am pleased beyond words. This is an exceptional product and very easy to use!

I tried wireless cameras as I was hesitant about the look of the exposed wires- but with a little extra time and attention to detail, I was able to hide the wires really well. The advantage of the hard wires is having 24hr recording and the ability to scrub through all the footage from the nest app, which is amazing!! Can’t say I’ll miss swapping batteries in the middle of either either!

I am extremely happy with the ease and how this product just works. I connected this with my nest hello doorbell and google home. Everything connects to each other and if you are planning on getting this set with the outdoor camera- it’s only $99 more so might as well have extra coverage. Only thing is the plans are pricy at $5 month for each camera, $19 a month for a 3 year contact with brinks or $29 a month for non contract (month to month)

I bought this to help keep track of my daughter coming And going. Very easy to set up. Very easy to use.

Do not buy, Google just discontinued this Nest Secure Alarm System! Who knows how long they will support it. I did like it until I found out yesterday that Google just discontinued it. Good luck finding any Nest Detects as well, the two that came with the System just don't cut it. I have to stop trusting Google and their hardware.

This was very easy to install on the Nest app I already. Camera works well too.

This system is very intuitive once set up.... good for "DYI - ers". I love the convenience that it offers. I also like using the fob and not having to hear annoying beeps while it times your exit when the alarm is being set. I do wish that the camera included is their more advanced one where it zooms to the motion that is being detected.

Easy to hook up. Has a great camera. The app is easy to use.
