The phone is good but there was no 1 m USB C charging cable included in the package. Only adapter was included whereas the description clearly says that cable will be included. I need to purchase a cable. It is not fair to not include something that was supposed to be be there. This makes me think if they sent me an opened or used phone. Otherwise, why was the cable not there?

Great deal! Shipping was prompt and everything arrived as expected. Grabbed a set for me and my wife and we both love it! The phones were moderately easy to set up, expect the RCS/5G messaging but that could be a carrier issue but otherwise 10/10 purchase. Love that its Qi-charging too! (not a duplicate review- we really bought 2 and love them both lol)

Great value. Phones are expensive this ones price is good. Will be an upgrade from your old phone and especially if you don't care for the new AI features phones now have that make them cost $1,000

Great phone for updates, ease of use, and performance. Battery life suffers a bit and the phone typically will last about 11 hours on a full charge with heavy use. Call quality is spotty at times. I have experienced dropped calls and service issues due to I suspect a less than stellar antenna. Overall it's still one of the better phones for the money.

I like my new Google Pixel 8a and several days after the purchase I am still learning how to navigate and am discovering new features. I think it will be a great phone once I'm used to it, and with the periodic updates will be able to keep it for a few years. I'm glad I did the research and knew what I wanted before going to Best Buy.

Beware, the Tensor 3 overheats and the phone shuts down especially when it is over 85 degrees or when you use it for Amazon Flex or other driver apps. This happened with the Tensor 2 in the Pixel 7a as well. Email notifications are often delayed by 5-15 minutes. Google these issues, they are quite common. Too bad, I really loved the size of the phone and the great camera but had to return it and get a Samsung.

Functions as expected. Has taken a minor beating due to the lower quality gorilla glass but has held up almost a year later and see no problem getting it to 2 years

I got pixel8 when there was an offer. Off all the higher end phones in the market pixel is probably the most value for money. Screen and camera are elite - two things senior citizens probably care more about.
