I liked the new new pixel 9, been using for a while.

Nice device. I like it much more than previous Pixels!

Great product, but it is lagging a lot. It might be just a specific phone that I got. I would highly recommend getting something that’s more pixelated.

I am not so happy with the Pixel 9. Their fingerprint and face unlock is not up to par like Apple iPhone. It does not unlock your phone when you are in dark. Feels little heavier than iPhone. So far, I have encountered an issue for one time where my google chrome app do not open the web page.

The reason for the three stars is that, even lowering the brightness on your phone while viewing Netflix, you are unable to manage it. Watching in the dark will cause eye strain.

I like the phone I purchased (Pixel 9) but I haven't received the trade-in allowance yet and it's past the expected 7-10 business days for me to receive it.

Nothing special, Google still hasn't found a good variant of the Tensor chip Android is still, oddly not as polished as you would expect on the OEM's device And....it got more expensive Not sure why anyone would choose this anymore, Pixel used to be an awesome line, but in typical Google Fashion. They ruined it.

Good pixel. Not much of an upgrade since last year. Been just a few days with no problems so far. Let’s see how it goes.

The Pixel 9 is awesome. The trade in process at Best Buy is sham. Do not trade your phone in at Best Buy. They will cancel your trade, keep your phone and lie, lie, lie about it all. It will take many hours of store visits to fix it. You can't call the store as they don't use phones. You've been warned.

In hand feel is premium but as a daily driver it didn't feel like premium

It was VERY difficult to order online. My first order I thought the trade in screen was broken, it was not. I tried to change the order, not allowed. Called customer svc several times. I will NOT be ordering anything online with Best buy again

Bestbuy had promotion for preorder. All went well online until I went to the store to pickup. The associate told me that the trade in value is $125 while the promotion stated that my trade in will cover the new Pixel9 with $100 Bestbuy e-gift card. Disappointed, returned the phone right way. Called customer care, they said they were aware about what happed to me and other customers. And they would solve the problem and get back to me in 24-48 hours. But nothing happened after 1 week. Please don’t post any promotions that can’t not be honored by the poster.

This review is more about bestbuy and FedEx than pixel. I just don't know where to leave this feedback. I ordered this phone and FedEx couldn't deliver for 3 days that I was home. I was just receiving emails that they tried and couldn't. Same weekend I got delivered apple product from Amazon that also required signature, so it's not about access to my building.

Order was cancelled and I was not notified. Now if I want to re-order it will be $100 more. Very poor customer service experience

Never buy anything online from Best Buy, their packing is the worst. I would expect better for a phone delivery!

Rating is only for store pickup service in Gateway Brooklyn, NY.it is something worse than poor and I would recommend to avoid this store.

Too heavy, I don't like it. Also it overheat for mine.

Geekbench score is same as iPhone 12, how come Google bring it to market in 2024
