I purchased it, and it was a super phone with the best camera that can beat the iPhone, and smooth navigation through the gadgets gives me the best impression. And yes it was unlocked.

Its always a pleasure to use a pixel device. Perfect harmony between the pixel watch and buds. Best camera even in dark conditions.
But Hey Google, what happened to the font size? Why is the font size even smaller than pixel 8 even with a bigger screen? If I zoom it, that makes everything bigger and ugly.
Warms up during maps and sometimes during charge.

The phone has a great battery life and it's really responsive. I had an iPhone before this and the change was drastic but overall very similar in performance and battery life. The camera will struggle a little bit on not well illuminated areas and some apps will not use the entire screen sometimes but if you are not bothered by those things, it is a great phone.

Even with the limited storage these phones offer they work well for all yoir daily tasks. I cant speak to the Google operating system because I use a custom one, but this phone works really well with the custom one.

switched to this from the 9a thinking it was an upgrade. The camera is marginally better than the 9a but nothing special. it is a lot heavier and the battery life is worse and it was slow and lagged. Returned it and went back to my 9a, much better phone for less money IMHO.

The Pixel 9 strikes a superb balance between flagship-level features and everyday usability. It offers impressive performance, refined design, standout AI tools, and excellent longevity—all for a solid value in the Android lineup.

Was able to use my Google Pixel 6 for 3 full years before issues and decided to buy the Pixel 9. The phone is smaller in compared to the Pixel 6 but faster and way more responsive. The AI integration works well but I did not buy the phone for that feautre. Setup and data transfer was easy. All I had to do was turn on the new phone and scan a QR code on my old one. The traditional setup questions occur and the transfer begun. Over bluetooth and connected with a cable, the transfer took 30 mins but could have been made faster if I was connected to WiFi. Overall, the phone performs great for the value. Highly recommend.

I don't find the camera bump excessive or ugly: the phones don't rock when they sit flat on a table, and that's a massive boon. I like the flat display panel, as well as the flat edges. The squared-off design is easier to hold, and your grip won't interfere with the touchscreen like on smartphones with "waterfall" displays that curve around to the sides where your fingers grasp the phone's body. Just know that the Pro phones have glossy edges that attract fingerprints,

I was skeptical on Gemini feature and AI tools but they are pretty neat. I wouldn’t say that these features are worth getting the phone for, but they are still cool features that you may or may not care for.
Everything else is as you expect from a pixel phone: solid camera, good battery life, and the OLED 120 hz display is top notch.
My only gripe is the back camera bump, idk what they were thinking with that, but it’s whatever.
Good phone nonetheless!

The Pixel 9 is fantastic — excels in several areas. Its camera is stunning, capturing incredibly detailed and vibrant photos, even in low light. The software is top-notch too - smooth and efficient user experience. Plus, the design and Google's clean Android interface make it a great to use. If you're looking for a reliable and powerful phone with a great camera, the Pixel 9 is definitely worth considering. I switched from iPhone and will not going back

The Pixel 9 is a great phone overall. The performance is fast, and everything feels smooth, from apps to scrolling. The camera is probably the best part—it takes amazing photos, even in low light. I love how easy it is to use, and the design looks really sleek. Battery life is okay but could be better—it sometimes struggles to last all day. It's a bit pricey, but if you're into Android phones and want a great camera, the Pixel 9 is worth considering.

I'm coming to this from a Pixel 5A 5G. I've had the phone about a week. The transfer process was very straightforward using a USB-C to USB-C cable. The new phone retained the apps, customizations and shortcuts from my 5A. The battery life is very impressive. The in screen fingerprint reader works well but requires a bit more pressure than the the reader on the back of the 5A. Works better with damp fingers. The camera is excellent.

Excelente phone! I got this for my Apple-enemy husband and he's been loving it so far! The screen graphics look amazing, photos come out super HD as well as videos, overall performance is 10/10

My 3rd Pixel replaces a Pixel 6 which replaced a Pixel 3A XL. Slightly smaller than the 6 but with a larger screen. Much thinner. Better photos and sound quality. Less money than the 6 I bought 3 years ago. I like the stainless steel edge and the wintergreen color.
This review is from Google - Pixel 9 128GB (Unlocked) - Wintergreen
I would recommend this to a friend
