Customers regard the Pixel 9 Pro 128GB (Unlocked) highly for its exceptional camera quality and battery life. Many appreciate the phone's overall performance, processor speed, and ideal size, while some find the design sleek and modern and the ease of use a plus. The primary concern expressed is the default storage capacity, with some questioning why manufacturers continue to offer only 128GB as a standard option.

I used the phone for around 2 weeks and finally decided to return it. I really wanted to love it, but I don't. The phone is sleek and I enjoy the customization features that Android offers — a real advancement from iPhone! But here are the two reasons I have to return it: 1. Speaker quality is weak/tinny/hard to hear. And even when using Pixel buds where the sound is better, there is a problem with sound when moving from different apps. It starts off okay and then turns garbled. Rebooting resolves the problem, but rebooting every time you want to change from Spotify to PocketCast to Bluesky is not a tenable solution. 2. And the kicker is that I simply can't consistently receive texts from iPhone users in group chats. This was the final straw. All of my family uses iPhone and they were unhappy about this phone. We lost the ease of location sharing. Videos sent via text were so burry that my recipients didn't even know what they were! Overall a disaster for actual communication — the original intent of a cell phone! The main two ways I use my phone is listening to pods and music and texting. In both cases the experience is subpar, so I need to return this phone and go back to iPhone. I really wanted to leave the Apple ecosystem, but unfortunately this Pixel is not leading the way for me in that quest.
