The touch controls are great too, and they feel so comfortable. The teal colour is such a beauty. Ultimately I ended up returning them because of the "up to 2.5 hour talk time", which is just abysmal. You have to dig deep into Google's support webpage to find this detail. All they splash all over is the "listening" time, which at 5-6 hours is just about average and acceptable. The white charging case is nice and pebble-ish, but terrible at staying clean. Within 10 minutes of being in my trouser pockets, 'twas already stained.

They literally fall out of my ears. Never had earbuds fit like this. They do not stay in. Can use them if I'm sitting stationary but not for going on a walk or jog.

We recommend trying out all 3 ear tip sizes to find the most comfortable tips for you, and ensure that you get the best comfort and seal. Your Pixel Buds are pre-attached with medium ear tips and come with small and large ear tips so that you can improve your fit. Ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear. To swap ear tips, pull the attached ear tip off and press the other ear tip onto the earbud until you feel a light snap. Gently pull on the ear tip to ensure that it's properly attached.

Plus I contacted Google. They have no way to turn off the repeat voice tutorial for when you get a notification for how to hold the earbuds to hear message.

We made a few focused tradeoffs to bring the same sound quality, design language, and Google helpfulness of Pixel Buds to this more affordable price. Some of those were the focus on tap controls for A-Series, and to focus on wired charging via USB-C for A-Series. That said, you can still use Google Assistant to turn the volume up and down or turn on Adaptive Sound to adjust the volume based on your surroundings. To change the volume, simply say “Hey Google, turn up the volume”.
