This is the third iteration of the Google Pixel Buds I've owned, and they're easily my favorite - by a wide margin. Smaller, lighter, better fitting than Pixel Buds Pro, setup is super easy and speed to connectivity is great, the sound quality is excellent. This was an awesome upgrade and, I think, the last time I'll feel the need to do so for a while.

I have tried a dozen different in ear headphones. Each one I tried would hurt my ears after just a few minutes of use. I tried different ear tips and even went the bone conducting/on ear route. Nothing seemed to work. The only set that got close was the Jlab Minis but I really wanted good ANC and other features. So I decided to give these a shot and I FINALLY found a pair that not only fit great, but sound great too! If you are like me and struggle with headphones hurting because they are too big but want something that sounds great. Look no further.

I previously had the original Pixel Buds. The new Pixel Buds 2 are a worthy upgrade in terms of comfort and sound. The noise canceling is also better, and I am very pleased with my purchase from Best Buy.

I really appreciate the comfort of these earbuds and the noise cancelling is pretty great (not the best, but it's very good)! They sound great and I have no issues on phone calls. The ease to charge is nice, just plop them on a wireless charger. I enjoyed the earbuds a lot.
This review is from Google - Pixel Buds Pro 2 - Wireless Earbuds with Active Noise Cancellation – Bluetooth Headphones - Wintergreen
I would recommend this to a friend

Upgraded from original Pixel Buds Pro. These are smaller than the 1st generation but the fit is better and they don't fall out as easily. Sound is extremely clear. ANC is better on this generation than the last generation as well.

Pretty good. Stays in place, comfortable and great features. Noise cancelling is amazing. The live translation is good for 1 on 1 quiet settings but can lag or get confused in a public/group setting. But overall I like em a lot

I originally purchased the first-generation Pixel Buds Pro when they launched, but found them bulky and uncomfortable. Thankfully, Google has truly outdone themselves with this new revision. The redesigned fit is incredibly comfortable — I can wear them for hours without any discomfort. The audio quality feels natural and well-balanced, making them perfect for everything from calls to music and videos, whether I'm using my Pixel phone or my laptop. The microphone quality is surprisingly solid too, making these a reliable choice for work calls or voice commands. A huge step up from the first version.

I upgraded over the Bose sports buds and the quality is amazing - I don't even bother with the ANC
Battery life is great though I'd like to see an indicator on the charging case for battery % or level (you can view this on your phone though)

I work in the entertainment industry as an LD (lighting director) which means our audio techs are consistently trying to deafen me more than I already am! (JK) But in all seriousness, I am subjected to high decibel levels on a daily basis and an irreplaceable part of my show "kit" is my Pixel Buds Pro 2. I am completely sold on these buds! VERY good noise cancelling but the biggest attraction to me is the sheer comfort of these fantastic devices! They, on average, will be in my ears around 6 hours (or more) a day, 4 to 6 days a week, so comfort is non-negotiable! Honestly , I love them so much I bought a second pair just to have as backup in case my primary set gets lost or destroyed.
So would I recommend these? Absolutely without hesitation! Bravo on this Google! Bravo!! Encore??
PBP3??

However not so much for other users with non pixel phones. Sadly Google gatekeeps features like Spatial audio and the Gemini AI features (Which aren't a huge bummer, Gemini is kinda rough as it is) to Pixels only. These are pretty good earbuds and the little wing on the sides do help with the fit, but the standard tips are still kinda bad. Spinfit Omni tips do help with awkward ear shapes so there's that. Otherwise you'll get good audio noise canceling, but the transparency is absolutely incredible! It's literally like using open ear style headphones with the level of awareness I have. So unless you have a Pixel phone you'll like these, but if transparency mode is very important to you, that's the only reason to get these if you don't have a Pixel phone.

I got these to replace my Samsung Galaxy Buds3, that copied the AirPod design. I found that the fit was not great and the gesture controls unreliable.
The Pixel Buds fit beautifully and snugly, making the noise cancellation excellent. The sound is also great, with easy gesture control.
Overall, I am very glad that I made the switch from the Galaxy Buds.

The Pixel Buds Pro 2 earbuds fit well in my ears, switch easily between efficient noise cancelling and transparency mode, switch easily between multiple devices (phone, personal laptop, work laptop). I have used them a lot for Team meetings and I was satisfied with the quality of the microphone. They are lightweight, I can wear them for hours; even if the fit is good, I can't wear them for running or intense cardio, they'll eventually fall. The earbuds charge fast in the case, but I can't take a full day of meetings without recharging.

Sound quality is great, coming from OG Bose Quiet Comfort Earbuds, which would never be comfortable for me. I always have trouble finding buds that fit will, and with these it's almost perfect. The noise cancellation is also great. They are little bit price, but worth the purchase.

I bought this for my son, he is very happy with the sound quality and connectivity, I tried this on my Samsung phone and really sounds very nice and clear, highly recommend them.

I loved my original Pixel Buds Pro, except for one thing - the fit. They would not stay in my ears. After trying a bunch of different tips, none of which worked, I eventually moved from those to Bose Quiet Comfort earbuds, which were good, but missing some features that I enjoyed in the PBPs. Well, thankfully, the Pixel Buds Pro 2 have significantly fixed the fit issue. They twist and lock in and have not fallen out on me yet. They are so not quite as snug as the Bose ones, but still good. I probably need to refine which tips I'm using. Features-wise, I'm not an audiophile, but they sound great, touch controls are intuitive, the options to program the different features work well. The noise cancelling is really good and the voice detection to switch to ambient mode is a nice feature. Overall, I'm really happy with the PBP2s and if you, like me, had fit issues with the first iteration, I'd recommend giving these a try.

Battery life on the new pixel buds pro 2 exceeds expectations in comparison to the previous generation. I'm able to get roughly an extra 75 minutes each listening session due to the efficiencies in the new tensor A1 chip. Sound quality is also good out of the box, although I did modify the EQ settings to emphasize base. If you tend to use a single Bud for video calls on a PC, the microphones on a single Bud and don't do a good enough job of bringing forward my voice. Using both buds solves that problem, just keep in mind sometimes when you use one you may have to speak a little louder.
Psa, the new progressive web app to control your buds is available on Windows and Chrome OS. I have used these buds on both operating systems and on my pixel and I couldn't be happier with connectivity and ease of maintenance.
