This is my second of these devices and connect it to non-Smart TV's. I am able to broadcast websites, videos, apps, Netflix, etc. from my desktops, laptops and mobile devices to my TV's. It is clear and works well. I highly recommend this device for use to share all kinds of media to a television.

The Chromecast is a pretty cool little device for streaming content to the television. Unfortunately every so often the device clunks out and either shows only a black out completely or blacks out and with audio only. It is kind of frustrating.

I got this for my tv to be able to watch Netflix on it. My tv nor my Blu-ray player have internal wireless. With the Chromecast, I can watch Netflix, YouTube, my videos, fotos and much more stuff on my TV. And you can use your phone normally while the Netflix plays at the same time. Definitely recommend this.

I purchased this just to use as a chrome cast device. It took a lot of additional time to get this connected as there were no instructions and web searches only revealed part of the solution in each record.

Works great on an older TV without any smart features we have near the kitchen. My wife really enjoys having it. The refurbished quality was great. It was basically a new product.

Got this for my daughter's bedroom. Worked out of the box with ease for Netflix and YouTube, which is all she's used it for. She controls it with her iPhone.

This item arrived early, and in "new" condition - impossible to tell it was reconditioned if not for the little "refurbished" sticker. Ended up returning it, but only because we decided it wasn't the right gift for the person we had in mind.

I have 2 Chromecasts, a Microsoft Display Adapter, and a Roku 2. The Microsoft Adapter stopped connecting to my Android tablet with the next update to my system update, making it worthless to me (presumably it still works with my husband's Surface), and I have since given the Roku to my daughter. If you have an HDTV, the Chromecast is the best, easiest, and most reliable way to watch stuff you can get on your mobile device on your TV. The refurbished Chromecast works just as well as the new one I bought. Love it!

I had been looking to buy a data streamer for a while and found this one for half the price so far no problems. It was a good deal.

Bought this to put in son's room. Works great with Apple and Android devices. No buffering issues streaming, but that also depends on your Wi-Fi.

I love the google chrome! Had one when they first came out and my dog ran into the side of my TV and broke it recently. Being able to purchase another for a discounted rate is a win win to me!

doesn't work with my phone or tablet. need to try the Samsung. but good for smart tv stuff

It is a refurbished crome cast and works perfectly since I got it 3 months ago, it is the best choice if you do not want to pay for cable tv
