It is good but there are certain apps that it does not allow you to stream or watch on main tv

I have 3 Chromecasts and they are great, especially for casting games!

Big entertaiment, its refurbished but work fine, like new.

I have been disappointed in the performance of the Chromecast. Installation seemed to proceed easily, but then when it came to actually initiating operation of the Chromecast, all I found were dead ends. To this point, I have not been able to broadcast anything using the device. I will try again today, so maybe another review is in order.

I was looking forward to starting using the little Google Chromecast stick, I really was, but no such luck. The installation was a nightmare, frustrating & time consuming. I have tried numerous restarts, reboots, even disabled my anti-virus, have set up the network to Public - all to no avail. Can't get past the Ready to Cast screen on the TV. No cast devices found although they're listed on the website. I'm using a Windows 7 laptop that should be compatible with this thing, alas appears that it is not so. Maybe I have ended up with a lemon, a refurb lemon at that. Whatever it is, will stay away from buying anything like that in the future. A lesson learned.

good entry level pricing but does it job pretty slow.

I am an apple TV user but purchased this because it was $20.00. It took a little bit to get used too. But once I figured out to go into the app I wanted to watch and "cast" I have been very happy!

If all you do is stream from your phone or tablet this works great, if you want a all in one unit a roku is a better choice.

This was a gift for my little sister, who is so much like me. She has a heart got anything tech, and this was perfect for her to cast family photos and movies to her tv.

This is a must have, and there is no doubt about it. To be able to play most apps from your phone/tablet/laptop right to your tv for 25 bux? It's a no brainer.

it is very helpful but my laptop keeps not recognizing the device each time I try to connect it!

I bought 3 of them, 2 for my house and 1 for my mother house. Is a really good product and a lot of fun for hours at a low cost.
