I like this pole because it is easy to use and sturdy. I've bought some other ones where the gopro would fall off or they'd be too heavy/long to use. This one is lightweight and good quality.

I chose this pole because it is compact (it fits in my back pack), it is clear, which doesn't look horrible in the video footage, and it floats. Perfect combination for my trip to Belize

We loved the fact that this floats and is very light ! We took it to the beach and pool with us !

Very lightweight and easy to use. Just don't extend it underwater because it will fill with water.

First of all it is 50 dollars for a stick that floats! Seems very expensive to me but there are very few sticks on the market. It does float which I like but it doesn't seem to be as sturdy as I hoped. When you extend it all the way the stick seems to wobble a little. It creates a lot of noise just moving the go pro with the water proof case. I had a gift card so I bought it but I would not normally pay 50 dollars for a stick.

I bought this for my trip out of town and it works great. It does float in the water with my go pro attached. Used the extension for many photos and video. Great product.

Use this in my fishing trips. Definitely handy. Use the camera overboard when a fish is being reeled in. Floats so no worries if it falls out of my hand. Great product!

it was def a good choice,we had to choose btw this one and the regular one (not Water proof). love it, not too heavy,its water proof and easy to carry around.

This Pole actually floats in sea water. There were no restrictions under water. I also used this pole on a snowboarding trip and it worked perfectly.

I had the metal one prior to this and broke the go pro connector off. I am going to have to be careful with this connector as well. The connector in the middle to make it longer, seems like it could get loose if you use it a lot. I have seen some other underwater poles and this would still be my first or second choice. This one is a nice size for travel. The metal one was too long.

I like the fact that the pole is clear, so that seems to somewhat disappear in the surroundings. This is the main reason why I purchased this product because I read others complain about that minor issue. In all, i'm happy with the purchase, just wished it was a little cheaper, oh well.

I have been really happy with this weather I'm doing selfies or family pics at disney land or wakeboarding at the lake I love how stable an secure it is. Having the remote clip is very handy. The only thing I've notices is it transfers sound to the camera really easy. when it gets bumped or the metal ring on the lanyard its very loud in the recording.

I got this because I just got my first GoPro HERO and I planned on using it underwater. Having the pole float is nice in case you drop the camera or something. The pole extends and has a decent grip. For the price, it isn't a bad option. While swimming underwater, I had no problem holding onto the pole and pointing it where I wanted to record my videos.

The GoPole floating extension pole is awesome! We do a lot of filming with a GoPro with activities that involve water...wake boarding, surfing, skiing, tubing, paddle boarding, jet skiing, jumping from bridges, etc...our previous extension pole did not float and we did not have a floater on the camera so the camera is at the bottom of the lake. Now we have a floater on the camera and the floating extension pole so we are sure not to lose our videos! It is easy to use and looks professional! Love the product!!!!

Great handle for underwater action! Lightweight and secures on your wrist, floats along while you swim. Excellent!!

The pole is very lightweight and is very handy and does the job very well.

So the good thing about this is it functions. But it isn't waterproof and water still gets inside the handle. So if you drop it in water, it'll float, but it will eventually sink. So I don't think it's meant to be kept in water. A plus is because it's hollow and made of plastic, it's very light.

I read the reviews on this first and was a bit skeptical. I kept it at its shortest length while snorkeling and a little bit of water got in the tube. I just left in the sun and didn’t have the screw tightened to let it evaporate out. It did the job and I’ll keep using it.

This extension pole is great to have while in the water. Being clear, it helps hide that stick if it happens to be in the shot. The only word of caution, do not adjust the length while under water. I did that and some water seeped in through the joint. I'm pretty sure its stuck there forever.
