I picked this Go Pro because i didn't have the money for the black or the silver so i opted for the Hero+ LCD. I used it to film to POV shoots for a lacrosse documentary I was filming. Great wide angle lens with good quality playback. Somewhat annoying that it can not be removed from the clear casing but I worked around it. Overall its a great camera but if you're looking for something with even better/more professional quality you could opt for the black or silver.

Purchased this for my son and he loves it. He uses it everyday in our pool. Fun gadget for a young boy.

Bought this for capturing fast paced action and sports inside and out. Can see entire court not just one half due to the built in wide angle. When purchased picked up micro memory card and extra battery which I have not used yet. Camera captures still frames and sound really well. I would recommend a tripod for this that is specific, as mine is built for cameras and the gopro base knob flares just enough to not mount flat to my old tripod.

This is a great camera if all you want it for is action recording. Not so much on still shots and really not useful for taking stills due to the wide shot.

I love my GoPro. Easily connects to your phone for remote control. Also really great in the water.
