I bought this for vacation and we had problems with it the whole time. Sometimes it worked great but it usually took ten minutes of playing with it to register the SD card. I am actually going to bring it back to the store to get looked at.

I was accidentally let the water get inwithout the screen protection once, and it became a useless camera. I tried to look to replace parts , but seem like once it broke you can't do anything. Beside that Gopro is great for adventure.

My husband hated it! It didnt work half our vacation trip! Maybe it was the defect item we were unlucky to have!

Enjoy and am content with everything except for the graphics of the camera and its sound quality

No instructions with camera. Had to go online. Too much to print. Tried to understand the instructions, but never able to use the camera. Asked Best Buy for help, but no one knew anything about it. Its in the Best Buy bag unused. Money wasted.

The camera was shaky and difficult to use. Not good for my needs.

Too difficult to change the settings on this camera.

It's good but the take advantage of it is too small

I just do not understand why it uses a different charger than the other go pros. that made it so i could not use adapters for things like a microphone, which is really necessary since the sound is non existent on this model

Tested camera out and it was awful, the wide angle made everything look distorted, still picture looked like they came out of a 6 year old camera phone..

My son really does not use this nearly as much as I had hoped - as a matter of fact the phone has taken over

I got this for my husband for his birthday in October so he could use it for our Thanksgiving trip. We used it for 2 hours and it quit working and will not turn back on. I am so disappointed and upset!

My mother purchased this for me as a gift and unfortunately we were both disappointed when I started using it, thus is was returned. This model has no way to add an additional microphone to capture audio. The audio is only acceptible if the back of the waterproof case is open, and the audio souce is to the rear of the camera when videotaping. This isn't really a good thing and wasn't at all what I wanted. The fact that this GoPro is permanently part of the waterproof case is undoubtedly part of the problem. It also makes this camera limited in that it cannot swap out batteries. If the internal battery were to die and not be able to be recharged - this camera would be useless! These two factors were big enough for me to return the camera despite enjoying an easy connection with the GoPro app, taking great video and the ease of use of the touchscreen. I got this cam at the two-hundred price, which I thought was great, but truly the poor audio was a deal breaker for me.

Bought the camera for a road trip .. it took forever for the camera to turn on . You can't take it out of the case . Not impressed with it. Had to returned it
