I use this mainly to ensure that my lens don't get scratched in between use or during transport. The kit gives you multiple replacement covers in case of loss as well.

It's great that it has a cover for when it's in a housing and also when it's not. It's a lot cheaper and easier to replace a cover than the actual lense or housing

Expensive product for 20 bucks !! The only item you'll use it just the cover. It does an excellent job of protecting the lens .... Everything else ... Garbage !!!

I picked up this kit because I needed a lens cover to protect my go Pro the last thing I wanted to happen is for the lens to get damaged.

The covers do the trick. I primarily bought this kit to replace the side door, but it's nice to have the lens cover. Just wish that the lens cover came with the GoPro in the first place. :D
