I bought this frame to have access of the usb port for use with a stereo mic. This allows for superior audio capture. Works great for my purposes. Not suitable for wet environments.

A great minimal attachment for the GoPro when water proofing or extra protection isn't needed.

Good quality plastic. The Lens protector is important too. I like the ejection system.

Love this mount, I hate the muffled audio the other cases create. Having the open frame the audio sounds 10 times better, having the lens cap helps protect the most important thing.

This may be the best accessorie I have purchased for my gopro, I use this frame for everyday use, all the ports are accessible for charging, pulling out the MicroSD card, turning on/off wifif, tag button, only complaint is you have to take it off if you want to take the battery out

The frame is the best GoPro accessory because it allows you to attach easily to a tripod and still get great sound from the shot. This has to be in your GoPro pack NO DOUBT!

Great for stationary or slow moving GoPro videos. Great sound quality, almost completely exposed camera with no dampening of sound like a full plastic frame. Little to no "wind sound" below speeds of 5 mph. This open frame is very easy to swap out cameras or batteries.

I made the mistake and bought a NON-GO PRO mount. it dropped flipped about 50 times in its fall. Not good. luckily no major damage. go with the real deal- ALSO props the BEST BUY- they honored a price match from a major vendor saved me 18bucks, do your research. M@

Love this because it allows you to mount to any mount option without comprising microphone quality like when inside a housing. I use the Frame with the mini tripod and works perfect for angling shots and add the ball joint for full axis.

Originally I bought a cheap one on Amazon. Accept no substitutes. This one is headed and shoulders better and works with the LCD backpack!

This is a must have accessory from GoPro. If your into making time lapse you can take advantage the ports can be access and charge your device. Their are so many options and possibilities to use this product which in my eyes is a plus.

Nice and simple, easy to find, and very affordable

I think the housing that comes with the GoPro is overkill for most applications that take place indoors. I really am impressed with this mount. The camera attaches quickly and the lense cover does a great job protecting the camera. I use this occasionally in my vehicle and it works perfectly with the GoPro suction mount. The mount holds the camera securely and snugly and I don't worry about the camera slipping out. I will probably pick up more of these in the next few months. They do the job and do it well.

Bought this Frame to mount my GoPro to my drone and it works perfectly. Also great for any other applications that don't require waterproof housing. Quick in and out with a stabilizer for the bacpac accessories.

Most use GoPro for its protective elements. This "shell" is used more for audio purposes and lacks any real protection from "extreme" activities. I would recommend this product with the "3-way" selfie stick that GoPro also sells. I would also encourage not to use this frame when the GoPro will be exposed to water.

I like not having to keep it in the case and the audio is better. I like the fact it comes with a lens protector too.
