Item Does Not Work

I sent him the item, which wasn't cheap to send internationally, and it doesn't work. It won't power on, nothing. Very frustrating!!!! This is not what I would expect from GoPro. I only found out after I shipped it that other people were experiencing this same problem.

DOA out of the box.

Got a broken Remo on the first try. GoPro refuses to acknowledge that there is a problem with these. The store didn't have a replacement for me so had to return. Will probably have to go with the smart remote. Don't buy!
