Works okay but messages can take a very long time to send and receive......and kids are impatient.

So I really wanted this for my daughter but my family all have a hard time downloading app to connect to her and the batteries keep dieing last one night only even with recharging them or new batteries so I called company and left a message no call back after 3 days smh

I am glad I bought this toy for my niece. She gets so excited when she gets a message. It was easy to set up (there are also how to videos). It’s kind of pricey which is the only drawback.

I bought this for my nephew and the recordings he sends me are priceless! It was easy to setup and has been fun for the whole family. We plan to buy one for our other nieces and nephews as well. Love it!

I have a new job where I travel a lot, but now I can send messages directly to my kids with the Talkie. My in-laws got this one for my 2 year old. My 5 year old has the dino and has an easier time navigating it than the 2 year old does, but both love getting and sending messages throughout the day. It's easy for both of us, and there's a bonus that he can share messages with grandparents, too! We had a problem with the Talkie box initially, but customer service was excellent in resolving the issue.

I was recommended this toy by a friend and purchased one to give to my Niece who lives in Australia. Sometimes it is hard to talk to my niece because of the time difference, but now I can leave her a message so when she wakes up she can play it. It was super easy to set up and she cuddles with it all the time.

Super cool way for kids to communicate without having to use a screen! They can talk to their dad while he's at work, and I also love that they can speak long distance with grandparents and other relatives. It saves the messages so you can listen to them later on, which is really sweet. :)

I bought this so that my nieces and nephews can interact with me whenever they like and vice versa. I live in California and they live in Wisconsin and it is a fun and interactive way to keep in touch with my family.

After seeing Shark Tank episode 17 of season 2, we were really impressed with the presentation and the product. Purchased three, Hank, the Dino; Bitsy, the Bat; and Gory, the Shark for our three grand kids. Now they call each other as Hank, Bitsy & Gory through their plush toys, and to their parents & grand parents as well. We all enjoying this delightful toy. Utter joy.

My husband travels all the time. He inevitably always calls during bedtime -- great for the kids, horrible for me. Since we incorporated the Talkies into our nightly routine, the kids are thrilled to exchange messages with dad, and I'm thrilled that bedtime messages are now a routine not an interruption.
