Overall good bike -- Technical Support is horrible

Battery life seems to last several rides for me. But if you have problems, don't count on the support team at GoTrax. Having an issue with the rear calipers and after 6 emails, still no answer. They insist on a Video response (even though I have given a VERY details description of the problem and sent pictures). No one answers their 1-800 support number. So as long as you don't need support after purchase, you'll be ok. My rating factors in the poor technical support.
