Ordered 2 for my boys and they love them! Fast enough but not too fast!

Bought two for my kids to follow me on my GX2 raptor. They love it and although there not as fast they do keep up with longevity in the batteries! Would recommend for kids

I bought three electric scooters for Christmas presents. The boys absolutely loves them. They haven’t stopped riding them. The parents love watching them.

Product is right size for a beginner. Was too short for my 10 year old.

Kids love it 7yo and 16yo they ride them all over the neighborhood

My daughter loves it. It connects to her phone and plats music while she is riding.

Grandson loves it! Wish battery stayed charged a little longer

Best buy is great place to buy electronics which has quality ones.

Granddaughter loves it. Has lights and can add music.

Bought two, both defective out of the box. One doesn’t lock in place and one the wires/cords to connect to the handle bar are not reachable plus a broken plastic attachment of some sort.

Bought 3 all at the same time so it is not just an off chance we got a lemon. They are all made trash and will stop charging after a week. Do mot buy these. Although best buy was excellent about returning and purchasing a Segway , so 5-stars to best buy for that!

Bought for my 10 year old son. Easy to assemble and seems to be good quality. He has rode it everyday. Great value for the price!

Bought this for Christmas for my 10 year old. She has used it twice since then and it will no longer charge. We tried another charger that works for my other child’s hoverboard, and still nothing. Very disappointed.

A month after purchasing the scooter wouldnt charge appropriately. Notified the company and they said they would repair or replace but now can't bc we live in Hawaii but I bought it in Hawaii.

I bought 2 scooters for my kids for Christmas. One of the scooters charging socket broke after less than two months, and so the scooter won't charge. I submitted a claim to GoTrax and with very little help from customer service was told I can pack and ship it back, to my cost so they can inspect it and ship me a new one. Perhaps I am too used to other companies paying for shipping and providing packaging, but the fact that their scooter broke after less than 2 months means I have to spend more money to send it to them so they can collect the scooter for spare parts (they said they were going to ship me a new scooter) is outrageous. I'll also note that my oldest had a GoTrax electric for a couple of years. He didn't ride it very much, but when my youngest was old enough he was interested in using it and soon after it stopped charging. I won't buy this brand again.

Does what it says on the tin. I wouldn't buy it for a kid more than 80lb or you will see it struggle

I am I bought this for my grandson...He loves it as a Christmas gift.

One star review for the simple fact the charging port broke within 2 charges. We purchased 2 of these units. Both ended up being not reliable. The second unit failed a week later for the same reason. Best Buy took them back but both have poor build quality when it comes to the charger and port as they both stopped charging. Avoid this unit.

Worked for one week, then would not take a charge.

The scooter displayed an error code for a throttle issue within a few days, and this disallowed the scooter to go very fast anymore. I contacted GoTrax, but they took almost two weeks to respond with a solution. It was just long enough to void the return window for BestBuy. Luckily BestBuy corporate was friendly and understanding. GoTrax = GoTrash
