They love it and although there not as fast they do keep up with longevity in the batteries! Would recommend for kids

Broke- terrible customer service with GoTrax.

One of the scooters charging socket broke after less than two months, and so the scooter won't charge. I submitted a claim to GoTrax and with very little help from customer service was told I can pack and ship it back, to my cost so they can inspect it and ship me a new one. Perhaps I am too used to other companies paying for shipping and providing packaging, but the fact that their scooter broke after less than 2 months means I have to spend more money to send it to them so they can collect the scooter for spare parts (they said they were going to ship me a new scooter) is outrageous. I'll also note that my oldest had a GoTrax electric for a couple of years. He didn't ride it very much, but when my youngest was old enough he was interested in using it and soon after it stopped charging. I won't buy this brand again.

Junk scooter

Notified the company and they said they would repair or replace but now can't bc we live in Hawaii but I bought it in Hawaii.

Defective out of box

One doesn’t lock in place and one the wires/cords to connect to the handle bar are not reachable plus a broken plastic attachment of some sort.
