The coffee maker and frothed are easy to use. It’s noisy when making coffee but it tastes good. I’m glad I purchased it. I use filtered water so it doesyget calcium build up

great for what I need it, which is a cappuccino in the morning. It makes a little bit of noise when its brewing the milk but ots fine for me . Love it totally worth it , You won't fine another nice and cheaper coffee maker that makes cappuccinos ,teas ,foam milk, coffee, and more for less that price.

I only use the coffe and foam function. The milk frother is a cool function but you have to clean it out after every use which can be time consuming.

Quality is fantastic and the coffee is delicious. Everything works beautifully and looks rlly nice. Honestly didn't expect such great quality at such a cheap price but they pulled it off. 10/10

I received my coffee maker timely. I'm obsessed with it. Best coffee maker out there. It works officiantly with No mess involved! Worth the buy! If you're a coffee lover, go out n get one of those. You won't regret it.

Love the easiness of using this for a cup of hot coffee, tea, hot cocoa, or hot cider. This works great and does not take up much counter space. Just a nice as the brand name that cost twice as much! Make a great gift for single people or college students.

Its a great little machine. Exactly what I was looking for. It's a little loud when warming and brewing coffee, only reason missing a full star rating.

Okay okay I had brought a Keurig K-Cafe Single Serve Coffee, Latte & Cappuccino Maker which cost me some money I returned it for this Gourmia & it does exactly the same thing for cheaper..I love the fact I can Still utilize my K-Cups I will most Definitely recommend this product

Pros: Makes decent coffee, cappuccino, lattes, and teas and froth. Extremely simple to use Cons: Rear water reservoir not removable. It leaks after use, While using this was a joy to start off, I’m now in the market for another coffee maker. Mainly because of the reservoir, but the leaking is the last straw.

This works fine to make coffee. It is messier than I would like. I would prefer something that had a removable water container, so you could wash it. Instead you have to pour water into the machine, like a drip coffee maker. It was a lot cheaper than a Keurig, and has some good features.

Love the way it makes the different types of coffees in one machine and it is compact.

I like the coffee an tea side not a big fan on the cappuccino side not at all what I expected. But overall good product

I would never recommend this machine. It works well, but the cleaning process is daunting! You have to take appart all the milk mechanisms (7 pieces). I’m planning to take it back and get a machine that isn’t so time consuming. I don’t use it because it’s so difficult to maintain.

It worked good but do not clean it with water , i might cause some issues .i just used to make coffee.

This is a really good machine if you are a first timer. The only problem I have is that the milk is not as hot as I would like it to be. I like my drink at 180 degrees. The machine is easy to use. My kids love it when making tea.

Purchased this based on other comments and I have not been disappointed. Takes up very little space and does so much! Just wish it had a large container for water so would not be necessary to fill for each cup. But it has worked out well.
