Was sent the regular "vanilla" edition instead of the "Launch Edition". Return process was easy though. Got the Launch Edition from somewhere else - game itself is excellent.

Great fun. Game could have been a little longer. You only need about 8-10 cars to beat the game.

This game was a impluse but for me. It really feels like GT sport and nothing more. Also, call me picky but I don't really care for racing games that when your turning, in game, and it feels like the entire screen turns instead of the vehicle turning or better yet, feels like you have a stiff neck and your turning your whole body to turn and look around. Those types of racing physics in games just bother me.

This is the best GT game ever. This is also the worst ever. It's the best because it has the best graphics & the best physics of any GT game. It's approaching iRacing level of simulation (though it's not there yet). It's also the worst GT game ever due to issues that have gotten a lot of press. The economy at this point in time is terrible. You have to grind if you want a decent amount of money to get the cars you want. The progression I feel is a step forwards but also a step backwards. In previous GT games, you're given a little bit of money and you have to work your way up the racing ladder on your own - figuring out what cars to buy and sell and which racing series to go after. In GT7, you're more or less on rails. The game bit-by-bit gives you cars to use and tracks to drive on and you HAVE to drive them to progress. On one hand, you get a chance to drive different cars and tracks than maybe you would have before. On the other hand, it does feel like you have less freedom in the choices that you make. The worst part of the game though is the online requirement. To even do ANYTHING regarding the single-player campaign, you have to be online and the GT servers need to be online. If there is any maintenance to the servers, you basically CANNOT do anything, except for some free arcade races with a limited selection of cars and tracks. It's been extremely terrible so far as there was an issue with their server for over a day, and the game was completely inaccessible during that time. There is yet to be any positives to come out of this "online-only" mantra. The multiplayer however so far is great. I've done almost 20 online races and 95% of people online are clean fair racers. I'm sure this is very rare for a console racing game. You'll definitely have very fun & stiff competition if you race online. Overall I'd probably wait until Polyphony kinks out all their issues (if they ever do). With all the bad press the game is getting, I wouldn't be surprised if a price drop is soon coming. Though if you want the best racing sim available on console, you don't have much other choice. I wish they'd just stop trying so hard to ruin it.

So happy Polyphony is back on the right track with this latest version of the franchise . Stunning graphics , great sound effects -even on a PS4 Pro - can only imagine how they are for the PS5 . So much to do - I'm only about 70 cars in . The AI is noticeably improved too .

Building on the driving physics from GT Sport, GT 7 delivers the full car experience package. Great visuals, tons of features and customization options. Get in a history lesson or two at the cafe and learn about iconic cars from history. This is a must have racing game!

After having the game for a few months it’s ok. I guess my expectations were a lil higher but it’s a solid game. I’m sure if you played them all you prob already have it. But if your looking for the best simulator out there? Pick it up.

as a huge fan of the gran turismo series since the first one on ps1, I have to say I am a little disappointed in this one because of the fact that the graphics look a bit outdated, track backgrounds still look like cardboard, cars feel so stiff and unrealistic and the gt cafe missions feel so tedious having to go back and forth between the cafe and races, it Pains me to admit that Forza is a better game with better graphics and gameplay. I would still recommend it of you are a huge fan like myself (if you can look past the mission cafe structure and graphics) but for most players just wait for it to be on sale

You know, I’ve been playing this game since GT 1 and it never disappoints. I only wish I had the new PS5 so that I could take advantage of the better graphics and faster load times. All good things come to those who wait.

Gt7 is a great car game designed with lots of care. The problem is that it’s a bit slow to progress. Needs a way to sell cars to earn money. The cars and driving them feels great.

Great update of a classic game. I’m a longtime fan of the GT franchise and they finally got it right with this version. Tons of new things to do with the original challenges available too.

Gran Turismo 7 is definitely better than GT Sport. Had an absolute blast playing it, game does a good job at teaching you about cars if you aren't familiar with the world of racing !

Amazing graphics and car physics. It’s a very enjoyable game and if you’re not careful you will lose track of time. Many unintended late nights getting lost in the world of sim racing.

The game is fantabulous. The graphics are great. It takes a little longer for the game to load than the previous game, but it's worth it.
