I was hesitant to get this at 1st, seeing as I'm not really one that's die hard into fighters (mainly due to some of the more precision controls needed in some of them, which bothers the nerve problem in my fingers). But this isn't has hard as some on the controls, so doesn't really have that problem. Secondly, there's basically a 2nd game here, & an RPG too boot! ... a side scrolling beat 'em up RPG similar to Code of Princess EX and/or Guardian Heroes. To tell you the truth, this side scroller is pretty good, with an okay story, and it's actually the main reason I finally ended up getting this game. So, for those into fighters AND side scrolling beat 'em up RPGs, this is twice for you.

A rather simple fighter without too much complexity. The addition of simple commands is a beautiful feature in this fighting game. It makes playing the game a bit easier while showcasing it's intricate combos to pull off. There's a lot to learn in the practice options and those are pretty good. However, with a small starting roster of characters (which might be good for some people) is not something I'm used too anymore. Still, if you enjoy fighting games, or want to jump into one, this game is a solid choice.

Granblue Fantasy: Versus does a good job of easing new players into the fighting game genre while still having a ton of depth for people who have been playing them for years. I'm not familiar with these characters as I don't play the mobile game they're from, but the gorgeous graphics make me want to know more about them. There's also a full RPG mode that adds a co-op beat-em-up to the whole experience.

Granblue fantasy is a very popular rpg and franchise from Japan which I never heard of. I bought this game because I saw a random review and it looked like a lot of fun and is a lot of fun. The fact that the same people who make guilty gear worked on this made me take a chance and it is a fun fighting game with simplified and very accessible mechanics. Only thing that sucks is the online vs. Element is kind of dead so play against some friends and enjoy.

This game is awesome, it blends anime and fighting into one and it does it very well. Very good fighting game with a lot of style. Very recommended for fighting fans

Great game unlike sfv but 30$ character pass is a n Bit yikes. But overall a great presentation and a great battle system.

This is an excellent fighting game. The graphic art styles and sounds are up there with BlazBlue. While the gameplay is simple, it's quite addicting and easy to pull off combos. This is another must have for anime fighting game for those who like BlazBlue and Under Night In-Birth.

This is the most gorgeous fighting game on the market. It is a nice mix between Street Fighter and Dragonball if you want to know what you are getting into. Would highly recommend!

Great game. Been waiting on this for a while. Was hesitant that its was gonna be a Guilty Great clone but it enough difference to make it a whole new game.

Solid fighting game. Has the look and feel of GG and BB but the learning curve is a lot lower. This sort of reminds me of Capcom vs SNK 2 EO in a sense.

This is a nice fighting game, Beware you need to buy a whole lot of characters, I hate games like this, especially when you spend a lot of money already

Strong fighting game built to be easy to pick up, difficult to master. Just be prepared to spend money on extra character packs.

A fighting game that is "simple" compared to others out there, but with plenty of layers and intricacies for the veteran fighting game players.

Fantastic 2.5D fighting game for the PS4. Really cool character designs, great graphics and great gameplay. Highly recommended!

If you want a nice beginner friendly fighting game this is the one to get. You will enjoy the characters and stages. Music is beautiful.

This game slightly disappointed me since the devs behind it have made other fighters with more complexity, so i thought this game would follow. Thats not to say the game is bad, it is still fun, but i was hoping it was more like Guilty Gear or BlazBlue. Some of the mechanics aren't consistent, but if you want a laid back fighter, this game is for you.

I don't play the mobile game, but I love fighters and the smooth animation style drew me in. It's neutral heavy with cool down for specials and an easy input button with a slight time penalty for not using traditional inputs. Great experience for fans of street Fighter and even something as obscure as Blazblue
