    This product is good, little on a high price for the quality but does its duty. We use it not regularly but when needed, The overall item is not a great quality product, maybe i had lot of expectations for that money. As a whole, i can say, its a decent product, cooks well.

    Love it! Had an old one that broke due to over use. This one works great, crisps the outside of the bread well if you leave it in for the proper amount of time. Sandwiches come off the surface with ease and cleanup is a breeze!

    Its not as expected. It works and sandwich can be made but the bread becomes soft instead of crisp
