A lower budget RPG with a lot to offer. Great writing, and a heavy focus on dialogue elevate what would have been a game with mediocre combat. Fans of Spiders previous titles should check it if they get a chance.

Nice semi open world game. A little rpg elements. Map system and fast travel a little strange but not game breaking. Throughly enjoyed the game.

It’s good but I’ve gotten a bit bored with it. All of the enemies are the same so there is no variety. Also, all the locations look pretty much the same with dark, dreary colors and textures. I wish it had more story to keep me invested because I haven’t played it in a few days and it feels like it’s going to be a chore. Don’t get me wrong, it comes off strong but it becomes boring. I think I’m about 1/2 way through. I would recommend at a discount.

The flow and feel of this game definitely reflect the nature of not being a fully funded AAA title. Overall though, the gameplay, graphics and writing really are able to shine through to make this a highly recommended experience for sure.

Bought this because I head a lot talk on Reddit about it. Only played a couple of hours, but it's okay. Camera sway when controlling your character is ridiculous, not sure if it can be fixed, but hoping there is an option in the settings. Graphics are pretty decent considering, this is made by a small developer. Combat feels like it wants to be Witcher 3 mixed with some pausing tactics of old Dragon Age. Character models are pretty ugly, but again you have to give credit due to the size of the company making the game. I'm going to stick it out and will revise my impressions, but so far nothing about this game is hitting me and my backlog has me more interested. If you can pick this up for $30 or less, I'd say maybe give it a shot. Go online and watch someone stream/youtube the gameplay to see if this is for you before buying.

There's a certain kind of person for this game. This game is janky, the controls are off, the combat isn't fluid like a spiderman or god of war, but there's a certain charm to this game that makes you want to explore this discount assassin's creed kind of world. It's not for everybody and it's not a AAA game.

Very very surprised that this game is a quality RPG and is better then anything BioWare has made in the last 10 years and it’s a great price

This one definitely flies under the radar. Very bioware esque. This will be right down you alley if you like mass effect or dragon age. Also lots of improvements from this developer since their last release.

This is a good action adventure game , its worth your time and money in my eyes . Gameplay is solid, graphics are nice, Story is decent.

I've really enjoyed my time with Greedfall. If you are a fan of Bioware games like Dragon Age: Origins, Jade Empire, or the Mass Effect series, then I would recommend this game for you. I like the beautiful outdoor areas, the storytelling, and the character/team building. There are a few technical issues and some missing features that you might expect in a game like this that keeps it from getting 5 stars from me.

This will definitely appeal to the hardcore rpg fan... and maybe some not so hardcore rpg fans. If you love decision making... weapon crafting... upgrading etc etc this game might be for you This is not a AAA game. Which means it was made on a budget and developed by a small studio. Do not go into this game expecting Mass Effect (a classic series) but expect a studio with a lot of potential to maybe one day reach the greatness of the old BioWare I own the psychical and digital copies of this game... ive had over 20 hours with it. This is worth a buy. That says a lot because ive played a little of the new fire emblem... I’m also working on astral chain... and i jsut bought borderlands 3 recently . This is the opinion of an all around gamer . Not coming in here with no type of standard for games.... just know what to expect and enjoy ! .

Excellent RPG. It’s a bit easy though, but the game is worth playing for RPG gamers.

Original story content and the gameplay is really fun. Totally worth playing.

I recently heard of this game and thought I would give it a try. To my surprise, it is a very good game!. It reminds me of the Dragon Age series that Bioware is known for. The game runs very smooth and so far the game hasn't crashed. Load times are very good as well. f you are looking for a solid RPG to sink your teeth into, then this is definitely one to check out.

Greedfall is an awesome RPG for those looking for something new to play in the genre. It's easily a spiritual successor to Dragon Age, and it features many interesting concepts of the genre. My only complaint is regarding the character models, which are pretty ugly to say the least.

Highly enjoying Greedfall thus far, but only played a little bit. I loved Kingdom Come Deliverance and was looking for another period RPG. This surely doesn't disappoint. Spiders, the dev for Greedfall, is one of the last AA devs left, and I love supporting them as there is definitely a niche that needs filled in this space.

This is a great rpg. I really love the time period and the atmosphere of the game. The combat is good may take a little bit to get use to. The dialogue and choices are excellent.

An interesting setting for an RPG. It's cool playing an RPG in this type of setting. Typically they are in medieval or sci-fi or both, but this is pretty unique. I just wish there was bit more enemy variety

Excellent game - one under the radar. Play your way, advance the character your way. I enjoyed the ranged guns play-style myself - played the entire game this way. A few bugs, but got through it.

I wasn’t shore about this game it feels a little slow paced but gets better I wouldn’t pay full price but if you love RPG and it’s on sale I’d say get it
