I very like this animated film. I can understand this in a cartoon format

As a DC movie collector, this is a must have. Excellent movie!

I had already had "First Flights" on DVD, but liked the $10 sale price for Blu-ray and didn't mind upgrading. One of the better DC cartoon movies; unlike some of them, it didn't have swear words, people without clothes, or overdone blood. Kids could watch "First Flights," but I would hesitate before small kids watched the "Catwoman" short on "Batman: Year One" as it contained strip club stripper scenes--in a cartoon (why?)!

This is probably one of the very best in the (nearly) always excellent DC Animated series. Marvel may have a lock on the 'real' movies, but DC (and Bruce Timm) have long established their supremacy in the animated field...right back to Batman The Animated Series groundbreaking stories over a decade ago.

This is what the Green Lantern movie should of been, this movie was epic on all scales. sinestro betraying the green lanterns, the training of hal jordon etc this movie keeps going and keeps suprising you will not want to miss a moment of this action packed film.

I first saw this movie before seeing the live action green lantern movie. It tells a great origin of Hal Jordan as green lantern and fall of the villian but in my opinion Nathan Fillion does a better job voice acting in emerald knights. Still a great movie for someone wanting to know more about half Jordan or for green lantern fans

If you are a Green Lantern fan or looking to get into it then this film is a good starting point. A good origins story that also serves as a buddy cop film for the first half of the film. The extras are a nice touch for MSRP as well.

Green Lantern is one of my favorite comic book characters. Seeing his origin being brought to life in this format is great. There are a few changes here and there but all in all, it's a great film.

I'm not big into watching DC and Marvel anime but when you do it shows you origins of the feature films in production. Green Lantern was made a while ago but they continue to come out with new ones all the time. Highly recommended for someone wanting to get their comics straight

Hal Jordan has always been my favorite Green Lantern. It's always fun to see where these characters got to their position in life, and the rivalries that shape them.

This is a fresh new retelling of the origin story of green lantern which is so Action Pack good job DC for giving us such a great movie!

A great comic to animation origin story for The Green Latern by DC original animated movies. Great voice cast.
