While we only work with the highest quality products, nothing is always perfect but not to worry, Greenworks lithium-ion batteries are offered with a four year (homeowner) limited warranty from the date of purchase. Hello Ritesh. Thank you for your review. We are very sorry to hear about this experience. Please try resetting the charger. To do this, simply unplug it for approximately 10 minutes and then plug it back in and try reinserting the battery. When inserting the battery, ensure you give it a good push. Please note that Greenworks 80V batteries and chargers are covered by a four year warranty from the date of purchase. Hello TraM - We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the runtime with this battery. When using a 2Ah battery with Greenworks 80V snow blower it can clear up to 4-car driveway on a fully charged 2.0 Ah battery. The run time will greatly depend on the load acting on the unit (snow height, density, type of snow, terrain, etc.).
