It does not stretch to a full 4 ft but it does what I brought it to do

Works but were hoping that the cable was shorter when not in use.

Stated length is four feet but one would be literally stretching it while maintaining insertion of both ends for it to reach near that distance. Nice idea though. Didn't fit daughter's LifeProof case port.

This is a great after market product. I recommend it.

It looks super car in my truck. It works perfectly with my alpine stereo deck and iPhone 5s. I would like it to be a little more flexible as it is barely 24" and it says 4 ft on the box. I like it since I use it for car stereo so I overlook that issue. I think anybody would enjoy this cool look for car stereo iPhone use.

Good cord for someone who tears up all the others.

I bought this and tried it in the parking lot and did not like it. The cord was very tight and did not stretch out well. I took it right back and exchanged for a straight cord.

I like the fact that it's a long cable that coils for a compact size; however that's also its downfall. It pulls closed tightly and tends to pull the device along with it...

I bought this so I may connect my phone to the car stereo without the cord getting caught around everything such as my shifter knob. Perfect size and No disconnects, faulty wires, or anything you would usually find with aftermarket cables.

I use this cord type in my cars. I bought one months back and like it so well I decided to buy this one for my other car. Really good by and quality and when charging either my iPhone 6+ or iPad mini is works flawlessly.

This cable allows my tablet to charge quickly. But it is not very flexible. I do not even get 3 feet on it. The coiling does keep it out of the way.

I like quality of cable. But length is not enough for car or normal use. It can be use to sync with PC. I would go for little bit longer cable.

Cable too short for the car. The coiled telephone cord style of the cable has too much tension when stretched in the car

This is an excellent cable, however the coils in the cord are too tight. As a result, the cable doesn't stretch too far.

I chose the spiral cable as it works well in the car or on a plane but also with portable power pack. I don't like tangled cables so the stretchy cable was best. It's also easy to find when reaching in my bag.

This cable is compact and tough to get tangled, but it's too stiff for the "coiling" feature to be useful. I found myself pulling it right out of the wall on many occasions so now it's my travel charging cord...

This cord works well and has the smaller connector which is needed for an Otter case. My only "drawback" on it is that it is wound really tight, so you have to really tug on it to extend it past about 2 feet.

This product works great. My only complaint is that the package is a bit misleading. The cord says 4 foot long but it is a tight coil so it's a bit misleading

I've purchased two of these now - one for the USB port in my car and one in my brief bag for travel. They're always available when my iPhone or iPad needs a charge and you don't end up with the usual spaghetti mess in the bottom of your bag or between the seat and center counsel. I've even recently used it connected to an external battery with my iPhone. Great product - very functional.
