Bill Murray has to be one of my favorite actors ever, and this movie was also released at time my childhood was about to end. It sure gives me feelings but I wonder whatever happened to the other guy in the film?

This is one of Bill Murray's most realized roles. It is often treated as a comedy but it is much more than that. It is well worth the watch. Keep an eye out for a young Michael Shannon in an early role.

The image is very detailed, and it doesn’t look like they used any DNR in the transfer. You can see every speck of grain from the original film. This movie doesn’t really have the color to be a showcase for HDR.

I somehow lost my old DVD version a while back. I'm sure I'll find it now that Bought this new version. Figured since it's one of my favorites, I might as well get the best version possible. Looks great.

Absolutely love this film. I was actually pretty surprised this got a 4k release but I knew I had to have it based on the quality of the film alone. But, the 4k is great on this film. Highly recommended!

The 4K UHD release of Groundhog Day offers an upgrade worthy boost in visual quality. The color, especially in interior scenes, pops and it makes you feel like you're back in 90s small town America.

What a wonderfully entertaining movie, and it has a great message too. Wish there were more movies like this.

I absolutely Love 4K movies. Nothing like them. This is one of my favorite movies and watching it in 4K is amazing. The picture quality is something I can’t do without now. I’ve been spoiled.

Sony did an amazing job on this 4k movie, the picture quality is on par with any recent movie, couldn't tell that it's already the 30th anniversary! Must own if you are a fan of the movie

I've seen this movie since it was on VHS (yes that makes me old) and I just had to have it in a format that will preserve I can watch easier. Funny stuff.

Who doesn't like to see this movie? It is a timeless classic that you will watch over and over again. The picture quality is better than the original DVD as well as the sound.

you can't go wrong with Sony's 4k titles, even the classic ones. They look great in 4k plus it includes the digital copy that can redeem in 4k quality. Hope Sony keeps up the quality.

How can you not love Bill Murray in one of his funniest movies. This movie is an instant classic. One that belongs in your collection right beside such greats as Caddy Shack and Blazing Saddles.

Best Buy delivered to my home on time and well packaged. The movie is one of Bill Murray's best. It's a little dated but it's a classic. A definite must-watch every February.

The 4K transfer is not as good as one could hope for but the film is still incredibly detailed and the sound is quite good. The story and the acting are what make this film so great!

If you’re buying this you know it’s a classic. The video is so much better than the 1080 blu-ray. There is a good layer of grain so beware if you do not like film grain.

This is a well done and clever movie that has become a cultural icon in so many ways. It's well written and it has a good message. The blu ray version looks and sounds great.
