It's good except for the minimum of 50 characters.

When I bought my iPhone at Best Buy I was assured that Geek Squad warantee was better than iPhone or Verizon coverage. But when I took it in recently because the ear speaker is not working right - after paying Geek Squad monthly fee for over 1-1/2 years, I was told they would need to replace the phone and it would cost me $150. Well, I'm not sure what I was paying for and maybe my expectations were too high.

Very friendly assistance when I called in to change my coverage. Associate new what to do.
