Do not fall into Trap of BestBuy, GTPlayer seller

I have received a damaged product, upon contacting Best Buy, I was told to work with vendor instead. So I initiated communication with vendor GTPlayer, I have shared damaged pictures and waited for weeks, their response is poor, vendor tricked me with false information saying replacement but vendor did not do so. Please be careful with buying on BestBuy portal and with Vendor GTPlayer. I lost all my money with Bestbuy.
