But there is practically NO padding on the seat nor the back, it's a very thin foam covering a piece of plywood, that's it. The elastic holding the headrest tore loose in 2 days. It didn't rip, it just came completely off (see picture), so I have no headrest on a brand-new chair. The USB power cord for the "massaging" cushion is very short, unless you are sitting next to your computer, and have an available port close by, you'll need to run an extension every time you want to use it.
