    The assembly was pretty simple and straightforward, and sturdiness seems to pretty solid. But there is practically NO padding on the seat nor the back, it's a very thin foam covering a piece of plywood, that's it. The elastic holding the headrest tore loose in 2 days. It didn't rip, it just came completely off (see picture), so I have no headrest on a brand-new chair. The USB power cord for the "massaging" cushion is very short, unless you are sitting next to your computer, and have an available port close by, you'll need to run an extension every time you want to use it.

    Chair was as pictured and described. I had an issue but they resolve. Excellent customer service. Love my new chair. It was easy to assemble and well described/pictured instructions ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    absolutely horrendous customer service. lol my package has been gone for awhile and did not arrive. not best buy’s fault but the marketplace vendor “GTRACER”. offered me $5 for inconvenience. still waiting to this day. tf is $5 gonna get me
