Installed three of these cameras at my (senior) father's home after he returned from the hospital following a stroke. I can check the camera views from my phone to confirm his aide is there, make sure he is OK and watch him take his medication. The picture quality is pretty good and I can listen to him as well, if I wanted to. It was a little time consuming to install, but patience won the day.

Good camera but HORRIBLE customer service.

To keep it simple, the camera is good. The picture quality can be better and the camera does have a lag. However, the customer service is HORRIBLE. My dogs chewed up my camera. After talking with a representative, it was determined that my camera was covered under warranty. I was told that they will contact me about the warranty exchange. After a few weeks without hearing from them I called back only to have them tell me the same thing. Within another few weeks still no contact. Let's just say after 6 attempts to get my warranty exchange for my camera I am still without one. I will not buy another camera from a company that does not have a warranty department. I will spend a little more money for a fairly better camera that has good customer service. NOTE: I bought my camera in March 2017 and it is now June 2017.
