This software always got small bugs. H&R Block's customer service is poor. I spent ~ 2 hours on the phone, tried to report duplicated items on my NYS return. But don't understand why he/she can't open a blank NYS IT-201 form on his/her computer (so I can indicate the field numbers). The pro? Much cheap than competitors.

Bought this item to do my taxes, year over year. I prefer this over Turbo tax because of the Use interface simplicity. Also, if I am unsure of something, there are always little help signs that I can click on to have them explain it to me. Never have had a problem with this software.

Been using HR Block right along. Uploads last years info, walks through step by step with questions. Touches all the bases. Only downfall is not being able to send state electronically without a fee. Really should be free.

I've been an H&R user for a few years. The software is always familiar--no frills, but effective and intuitive. I believe in the product and can usually find a great discounted price in Feb/early Mar.

I used to use another published software, but since switching over to H&R Block, It just seems simpler and understandable. If you like to do your own taxes, this is a great way to go. I recommend H&R Block.

After having an issue with Turbo Tax, I bought HR Block and haven't turned back for the last 4 tax years. Very easy to use and never been audited or had problems so I am not complaining.

been long time turbotaxer but its been expensive since its harder every year to complete schedule A ; taking the default for many years H&R Block best alternative ; will be using them for years to come

Have used HR tax software for the last 7 years. Now you can take a picture to enter your W2 information. Love the “Guide Me” feature when you need some help to know if you qualify for a given deduction.

Outside of going to a brick & mortar office, this software will always be my go-to for preparing my taxes. And being able to download this software thru Best Buy has made it even better.

I've used H&R Block for my taxes the past few years, and as usual it's been great. Got my taxes done in couple of hours. Got a great deal on the software on one of BBs daily deals.
