Have used this tax program for a number of years and it’s really a great program. Get assistance when needed, upload previous years returns. Can do at least 5 returns per program.

I am enjoying using my HR Block tax software. It is easy and user friendly with helpful suggestions. I will purchase this software in the future.

Been using hr block products for taxes for years. Most of it was ok, importing last year’s data is always a win. However the help menu was worthless so I’m not sure I answered many of the questions I wasn’t sure on correctly. I ended up with the new standard deduction so I may look for a free product next year.

Easy straightforward software to do my taxes. I have used H&R Block software to do my taxes for years and will keep using it. Also, cheaper than Turbo Tax.

I used the program to prepare my Federal and State (CT) returns. I let HRB efile the Federal forms, but since CT has its own easy on line filing system, I decided to use the HRB CT hardcopy printouts to assist with my on-line filing. Surprisingly, the data that HRB used for the CT return was incorrect. HRB used a value for the Social Security benefit that was much lower than it was supposed to be. Had I used the incorrect HRB value during the on-line data entry process, my refund would have been $300 lower than it should have been. What was really surprising is that this value was supposed to merely be copied from the Federal form, but for some reason, HRB software did not use the proper value on the Federal form. Also I found another error in which the HRB software incorrectly calculated my property tax credit. Both of these errors would have resulted in me getting $300 less that what I was entitled to. So I tried to call HRB to exercise their maximum refund guarantee. After having to wait 45 minutes to get a real person, and spending nearly another 45 minutes going back and forth with what happened, his response to me was unacceptable. He told me that I would have to submit a hardcopy detailed explanation of what occurred plus all of the associated purchase paperwork to a PO Box in Missouri so that someone there could review my case and see if I was eligible for a refund. A more reputable company would have handled this directly and be able to do it electronically via email and with PDF copies of documentation. They refused to honor their purchase guarantee over the phone even though I clearly proved that the program made two errors that would have shorted me $300 in my refund. Based on this experience, I would not trust their software to be accurate and now know that all of their maximum refund guarantees are worthless. I am switching to another product next year.

This was a nice offer for doing our own taxes. No need to visit the store with this downloadable version. Easy to start & use.

I have been using this software for years now and have not had any problems with it. HR Block is awesome and will keep using it.
