I have been a TTax user since the late 80’s and the past 3 years I had issues with glitches in their software that took hours to resolve. It left me weary this tax season since I now use a MAC instead of a PC. Before purchasing this year I read the review of TTax and they continue to have issues including not being compatible with Big Sur OS. I decided I had had enough and switched to H&R Block software after a friend said he has always used their product and he too uses a MAC and had no issues. I have to say this year was the easiest year in filing in years. No issues with the software, super easy to navigate and the guided questions are much easier to navigate than TTax. I am a convert and will never go back to TTax! Thank you H&R Block!

I file my taxes on my own and H&R Block has very easy and reliable calculations to file taxes

Love having the ability to use up to 5 federal taxes which helps with everyone in the family file there taxes for one low price. The only drawback I would say is that there or system updates that happen from time to time that may delay the ability to submit your taxes right away due to missing forms. Other than that, it's real simple to install and use and very user friendly.

Software is easy to use and very complete in doing Federal and State taxes. Copies all information from previous filings, making it easy to use, and not having to enter the same information each year. Support documents are complete and provides guidance as needed.

I have been using this tax software for many years. It is very easy to use, and simple to file your taxes electronically. It allows you to import last years tax information, so that you can simply provide the necessary reporting information that changes each year.

Digital download worked as expected and the software is working as expected. I’ve been using HR Block software (formerly Taxcut) for about 30 years. Though there have been a few problems and glitches, most of which were resolved, I’ve been happy, for the most part and plan to keep using it. I tried TurboTax once, after I had already done my taxes with HR Block, just to compare, and it worked fine too, but it’s always more expensive, so given all other things equal, I’ll stick wit HR Block.

I use this software every year and have no complaints. It is pretty straightforward to use. My taxes are not complex, do I don't feel the need to spend more money on a tax person.

Been using H&R Block for 10 years. It is easy step by step instructions and it is a great value. I don’t know why you would want to pay more for this type of software.

Easy to download and works fine and at a great price

I have been using this same product over the last several years. I didn’t have any problems downloading from Internet even I prefer the disc. Don’t count on too much help from chat room. It has to be simple and clear for them to be able to help.

Have used this product for years. The software is simple and should be something that every citizen should have access to via the IRS. It would cut down on mistakes and insure people do their taxes correctly.

Much easier than TurboTax. The interface is easier to understand than the other main competitor. Instructions as easy as possible considering the IRS Code.

I always buy H & R Block Tax software and all of my accountant friends live H &R Block! Everything that me and my ex used Turbo Tax, there was an error. Even with their online product!

I have been using this program for years to file my taxes. I find it an easy program to use. I would rather pay for a program then pay someone a lot more money to prepare my taxes.

I use this tax program every year and I have not had any issues with using it. It is straight forward and simple to use. I will continue buying it.

Filed on time and with no issues. I love how it brings in last year's data so I don't have to re-enter it every year.
