A: The answer is NO. The software says minimum is 10.13 when I tried to install on my mac mini 2009. I have the same issue of 10.11 with no way to update due to age of my mac mini. Fortunately my daughter has a macbook that is running 10.13.6 that I can borrow this year. I wish the website would have stated the minimum requirements, maybe it did and I missed it. I did not have an issue with the software last year. Hope this helps someone.
A: Yes you can e-file both federal and state. It allows you to e-file 5 federal tax returns at no charge. However, in order to e-file your state there is an additional charge per return. Previous filing years has been $14.99 each. Not sure if this 2020 year will remain the same cost as I have not filed returns yet. Or you can choose to e-file federal for free and print the state and mail it in. This is what I have done in previous years. So, you can e-file both, e-file one and print/mail the other, or print and mail both. Your choice.

A: Yes it will work on a MacBook Air. Make sure you Safari to download it though because Chrome won’t work.
