We are sorry to hear about your difficulties in adjusting the temperature in your refrigerator. You can click on this link to view an article that shows the various controls of your refrigerator as well as the recommended temperature settings: https://www.haierappliances.com/search/support-search-content/35083 - Also, here is another link that details the normal refrigerator temperatures and some general advice on setting the temperature: https://www.haierappliances.com/search/support-search-content/34682 - Food load can also play a part in poor cooling or excessive cooling. We would recommend that your fresh food and freezer section be at least 1/2 - 3/4 of the way full to ensure that the food absorbs some of the cold. This will, in turn, cause your unit to work less in order to keep cool. You may also want to check the gaskets surrounding your unit's doors. If the gaskets are torn or damaged, that could cause your unit to not cool properly. If you attempt all of these tips and your unit is still not cooling, we would recommend you reach out to Haier service for help in diagnosing and repairing your refrigerator.
