I've been a halo fan for a long time and wanted to play the new game, my nephew played it & said it was good so I decided to buy it & give it a try. I haven't had a chance to play it much, been busy working, but what I have played of it has been pretty good, only thing I don't like is the amount of storage it takes up, almost 90 GB.

Played the game through and hated the story plot the developers went way out in left field. There is no local split screen for multiplayer, what were they thinking, Halo is well known for local LAN play with friends and family. No pre order for me on the next Halo.

This game sucks, in terms of singleplayer. Jameson Locke is unnecessary and a really bad character. The story ignores the Hunt the Truth series. Also now I can't even play any mode because it just crashes.

The game is great, but the additional content in this special edition is not worth the price. It's very underwhelming, and less than in previous games of the same series.

How can 343 do this just have 60fps this is a huge let down!!! Every halo has always been 4 player split screen and now we are in shambles with no hands of it coming back!

Wasnt the best in the series but definitely a must play. Not that anything was bad just seems like they need to do something really new to make game relevant again.

I am very dissapointed with this game. I have played Halo for 11 years now and this is the worst installment. The campaign doesn't even have MC at the beginning.

If you are a Halo enthusiasts you will enjoy it because it is Halo, just the regular gamer will think it is ok.

Had to return the first one purchased because it turned out to have been used. My boys seem to enjoy the game although they prefer the previous ones more.

It's an alright, beautiful game, but there's a magic that feels like it's missing.

Let me start off by saying that I’m a big fan of all of the Halo games. I’ve purchased every game ever made and I always looked forward to the next. The new incarnation of Halo is good, but also very disappointing. They have made great improvement to the graphics, controls and overall game play. The problem I have with it is that there is only online co-op. What ever happen to split screen co-op with your friends from home? That is one of the things that set Halo apart from the other franchises. Split screen is what makes Halo so great and they took it away from us. These days they are making it to where you have no choice but to play multiplayer only online. Do the companies not realize that split screen is what make game so good? There are times you just want to sit back and play with you friends or family members from home. Gaming companies need to realize that people not only want to play multiplayer online but also at home. Games like these are better co-op, and you shouldn't have to log online to do it. I can tell you this is a great game if you want to play from your home by yourself. The bottom line is that if you enjoy playing games with your friends together at home, then this isn’t your game.

Halo 5 is a great game, although I'm not sure its a great "HALO" game. You are only the master chief for 3 missions, but the 60FPS and visual prowess of the game is fantastic. The multiplayer is rock solid. Bit disappointed they removed split screen, but the game overall is still great. Pick it up!

The multiplayer has taken a step in a good direction and is really fun. I enjoy the new warzone gametype more than I thought I would. There are micro-transactions for req packs, however these can be earned fairly easy by just playin the multiplayer. And they plan on releasing the dlc maps for free, primarily because of the micro-transactions will support the game financially. The campaign is pretty good and has a good amount of moments that are very cool. The cutscenes really piece together the missions as well. I suggest watching the Spartan Ops movie before playing the game as it will detail what happens between Halo 4 and 5.

Played the Campaign on Legendary and it's really easy but the Multiplayer is where it shines! Warzone is fun and Arena is becoming my favorite mode! Another great one in the series. But still doesn't capture the experience from Halo 2.
