Percolators are hard to find anymore with the everyday changing of technology. Ease of using the website and ordering was such a convenience and delight. Highly recommend the product and Best Buy. Order came in a timely fashion, however, when opened it was missing a part. I called Customer Service and they had me a new one shipped in no time. Overall, highly recommend the product and customer service for satisfaction and a awesome product

I love the taste of percolator coffee. This pot makes great coffee really fast, but no matter how many cups I make, I get grounds in the coffee.

exactly what I was looking for as a gift for an 80 year old woman, my mother, who is at a place in her life where it is difficult to learn to use new things. Very easy to use and makes a delicious coffee. I wll probably eventually buy one for myself as it seems to make a hotter cup of coffee than most coffeemakers including the keurig.

I recommend this perculator. Works well and easy to keep clean. I'm giving this 4 stars because , I have another 1 that is about 1 years old that keeps the coffee warm after you unplug it. This one doesn't, but doesnt affect the functionality

One of the most consistent ways of making coffee and keeping it hot!. The percolator extracts the maximum flavor from the coffee every morning. It is easy to clean, very well constructed. Every day when I listen to the brewing noises my mouth waters in anticipation of the delicious coffee.

Overall, I am happy I bought this percolator. The first cup is very good, but when I get my 2nd cup about 15 minutes later it isn't as good as the first. It starts to have a burnt taste. So now after I pour my first cup, I unplug it and the 2nd cup tastes better.

First time I used and bought this brand of percolator. So far it's working good on me . I'm happy it brewed fast and I like the drip free spout. Actually, I have recommend this to my friend .

I purchased another brand for same price from another company when I also got this item. This model is heavily built, thicker cord by comparison. Heats faster and has a better feel. I also use it to make tea by removing the interior parts.

I have several different types of coffee makers, including a k cup machine. Non can compare to the great cup of coffee from my percolator.

I bought this because I remember growing up and making coffee for my parents on the weekend. The smell of coffee was throughout our house. I missed that with the newer coffee makers especially the "single serving" makers. I am very happy with this purchase.

The coffee from this percolator just hits different. It's quick, easy to use, and produces very good coffee. For the price, it can't be beat!

I purchased this perkulator for traveling. Have only used it twice. It makes a great cup of coffee but I suggest using two paper filters, one under the coffee and one on top so that you don't get grounds in your cup. It brews fast and very hot. Hopefully it will be easy to make coffee on the road as we travel for work and have to stay in hotels. I don't like the little "one cup at a time" coffee maker in the hotel rooms. My husband and I always argue about who gets their coffee first.

I enjoy this Hamilton Beach 12 cup percolator, the coffee is always hot. The price was great too

I was tired of the weak cups of coffee continually being produced by my Keurig. This percolator makes a great cup of coffee-the only problem I have is the grounds that end up in the bottom of the pot.

coffee was hot, but perk. sounded like volcano @ grounds all in my coffee. Have tried 3 different brands of coffee, will try different brand of filters b-4 I throw in garage sale box. I have used this brand of perks. for 55 years, problems.

Long time fan of Perked Coffee. Bought this as a replacement for unit that died, not Hamilton Beach. So far so good without issues.

I enjoy making coffee with different flavors every day.
