I was always turning on the stove before work just to make breakfast in a hurry. Now I can prep my ingredients the night before and it doesn’t take long at all.

I just received this and tried it. I LOVE IT! I followed the directions and my egg bites turned out perfectly. I added shredded jack cheese and a crumbled veggie sausage patty (warmed for 30 seconds in the microwave) and added it to one egg. Perfection. I recommend using distilled water If you live in an area with a lot of salt/calcium in your water. I noticed calcification stains after the first use. A white vinegar/water wipe took care of it. This machine mimics the coffee house egg white bites really well, though mine were not as browned but flavor and texture are spot on! Best $25 I’ve spent in a long time!

You can also use a whole egg and make mini omelets with customized ingredients. Works just like an analog waffle maker, once the green light goes off your eggs are ready to cool down then eat after a couple minutes. Only cons is no off switch. Would make it easier compared to unplugging it when the cooking is finished. Have to plug it back in every time you want to start your next batch (as it doesn't recommend leaving it on once all water evaporated during the cooking).

So easy to make poached eggs! My favorite for breakfast. Takes some testing to get the amount of water to get runny yolks and cooked egg whites, but worth the trial and error.
