    Not a good rice cooker. Whenever I make rice, it always become brown in the bottom. All rice get burned because of high heat from this rice cooker.

    It cooks rice. What else did I need? Not much, but a damp towel on top helps for the bubbling out.

    I bought 2, one is 20 cup rice cooker and one 30 cup rice cooker. I was unable to use it for a third time. It was damaged. On the first used it smelled like burning wires. On the second use, the rice didn’t cook. On the third use, it did not work at all. The 30 cup one on the first use, it smelled like burning wires. On the second use, the rice didn’t cook. It water was absorbed by the rice but the rice was uncooked. I left it on to give it some time. Ended up having to cook something else.

    this Hamilton beach rice cooker sticks to bottom when cooked. At first I thought maybe I should unplug it as soon as it stops and comes on warm. That didn't work. The rice still stuck. Then I thought maybe decrease the amount of rice. It still stuck. I left it on warm for 20 minutes. Didn't work. I'm not sure what i'm doing wrong. There is no point of a rice cooker if the rice is burnt on bottom. The thing just sucks. Will not be buying any of Hamilton beach rice cookers anymore
