Toasts evenly and looks good on counter. It is a little bit bulky, but that probably can't be avoided when you want a 4-slotter.

Looks great, wide slots, cool features

The bagel setting nicely toasts the inside of the bagel while warming the outside and the defrost setting perfectly cooks frozen waffles. This model has wide slots that easily fits even the thickest bagels.

Defective out-of-box
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First time I used it, the right-hand slots only toasted on the inside, like it was a bagel, without the bagel button active. The left side worked fine. I read the directions to confirm that I wasn't missing something. I purchased on the Best Buy website, but returned it to the store. They did not have a replacement unit on hand for me, so I don't know what model I might order now. Not sure if giving this model another try is a good idea.
