Have only used the product once so far. Took a bit of reading the instructions but first result was good. Slight browning / clumping on the bottom but not bad. Odd part...i wanted to make two services. The instructions kept referring to 'fill to the number 2' but there was no number 2 on the measuring cup and it wasn't even as straight forward as going half way between 1 & 3. So will either have to keep experimenting or learn to eat bigger portions of rice.

I ordered this as a replacement based on the fact that I have a rice cooker that cooks 10 cups (final size) of rice with a little extra room at the top of the bowl. This one says 14 cups, but it is smaller than my current cooker. No, the inside bowl is not magically enhanced to make more rice. Yes, there is a measurement on the side that stops at 7 cups. Do I believe 14 cups would fit? Not really. Love all the timer features.

The capability is enough for two or three people. Easy operate.

This is a great rice cooker. I like the steam basket that it comes with so you can steam vegetables. I bought this to replace an old rice cooker that had broken down. This one works great and makes great rice. The only reason why I didn't give it five stars is that you don't have a lid to store leftover rice which my old rice cooker did. I wished they would sell it separately so this way I can save rice if there are any leftovers, etc. Regardless in terms of making rice you can't go wrong with this rice cooker.

This rice cooker does everything I need as expected. No concerns or complaints here. For disclosure, I don't cook a lot of rice, meaning it is not used on a daily basis - maybe once a week. So I do not expect malfunctions, early wear and tear, etc. But since I've been using it, it is business as usual. Seems like a good quality product.

Fast delivery. I have used this rice cook 4 times so far and have perfect rice without any issues. I have only tried the white rice program.

Can't say anythIng wrong with it. It does the job.... Cook rice. Haven't tried the steaming function but I must say Im happy with my purchase.

This is the first time I've made rice that wasn't either burnt or a ball of mush. Fast, fluffy rice!

This things cooks rice!!!!! So much rice. Like more rice that a person should need at once. If you like rice, and want to cook rice, you should buy this rice cooker to cook your rice.

Smaller than the one I had before but makes plenty so I'm glad I have this one now. Have tried recipes rather than plain rice and they come out great.

This rice cooker is doing great job of cooking rice evenly. There is also a steamer insert that you can steam veggies while cooking rice. Highly recommend.

So easy to use. Makes rice SO well and so simply. Also steams vegetables to exactly the way I want them each time.

The instruction to cook white rice is quite straight forward. I have been cooking 3 cups of white rice each time, and I am very satisfied with the texture of the cooked rice (slightly moist, and not dried and not hard). Have not tried other functions at this time.

Works pretty well but i find the time to cook brown rice is not enough overall looks good and great price. Small enough not to take too much countertop space

I bought this rice cooker for my brother when he moved to dorm for college. It is running great, and cooks rice perfectly every single time.
