Not worth the money!

Thankfully I could return it so I could get a refund and order a different one.

Broken out of the box

Not What We Thought

It shows the cooking surface is reversible to have the power cord on either side. I assumed that it snapped into place but it does not; it just lays there. That becomes a problem when you go to store it in a cabinet and have to tilt the unit; it wants to separate and fall off which can damage your floor or toes!
